I FEEL HOWEVER THE VACATION PACKAGE SHOULD INCLUDE THE INCIDENTAL FOR EXAMPLE THE HOLD ON YOUR CREDIT FOR THE TIME OF THE STAY. IF THE INCIDENTAL IS $100 DOLLAR A DAY HOLD THIS AMOUNT SHOULD BE IN THE PACKAGE ALSO. YOU NEED TO INFORM AGGRESSIVELY INFORM THE CLIENT OF THAT AND THE AMOUNT. IT IS A VACATION PACKAGE. FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION.

We try to provide all the information we think a customer would need on their trip. Information on deposits for incidentals or resort fees is very important for our customers. I have had a lot of problems with my trip time. I didn't like that I got my itinerary for my trip a week from the trip. I feel the itinerary should have came sooner at least two weeks ahead of time and I got another person's transfer's. My travel agent wasn't aware that they had changed my flight. After I spoke to my travel agent he was able to assist me and make the changes to my flight now I can schedule the transportation to the hotel. Thank you Jeff for your assistance.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry we were not able to deliver a 5 star experience for you on this trip. We welcome all reviews, both good and bad, although I definitely prefer the good ones. However, bad reviews give us the chance to learn and grow. We fell behind on itineraries due to to the pent up demand for trips in June. We aim to deliver itineraries 3 weeks prior to travel. This gives customers enough time to review their trip and is late enough to include most travel changes. We are taking steps to ensure on-time delivery of itineraries by adding staff. As for the change in flights, we were not informed by the airline or tour operator of the change. Fortunately, we discovered it when generating the itinerary and were able to make a change to a better flight. It reinforces to us the need to generate an itinerary in a timely manner and to continue monitoring for changes until departure. I have to admit I am very confused by your review. I find no record of you as a customer with VacationWiser over the last two years. You are not in our customer database and I show no payments received. We had a travel advisor named Rich but he has not worked here since Marh 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic.
I would be happy to respond to your issues. Please provide additional information so we can research your trip -- where did you go, when did you travel?
