The trip was planned to Orlando. AWESOME communication. Madeline is GREAT to work with. She stayed abreast of the airline changes and contacted me immediately. Madeline reschedule our airline booking to direct flights, hotel and park reservations were also scheduled. Needless to say how great it is to pay for a trip using payroll deduction.

I went through vacation wiser to get my flight tickets for vacation. They worked with me In getting exactly what I needed and wanted. And kept me informed of any changes.

The customer service was professional! Maddie and John were knowledgeable and guided me through the process with ease. I will definitely use and recommend Vacation Wiser for travel needs!🙂

Marilyn was very professional & helpful. Even when I gave her the wrong dates by mistake, she was able to change everything to accommodate us within a day! Vacation Wiser is easy to use and they take care of all of the details, allowing me to focus on other things. I would definitely recommend them & would use them again in the future.

The communication is awful!! I have to email several times before I can get an answer from someone! Not to mention the package I picked and am paying for had extras included that aren’t showing up on my confirmation and I can’t even get a response to that!

I have not taking my trip yet. So I can’t give a full review until after my trip. But so far everything else to this point has been great!

I have been using Vacation wiser since 2017. everyone is very helpful, it is so easy and payments are very reasonable and makes it easy to have a great vacation without having to spend all your money upfront

The Unit looked exactly like the website UNTIL… Housekeeping did an awful job. Both bathroom floors were filthy with dirt and grit. The master bedroom had a bedspread that had visible stains all over it. I put this disgusting spread in the closet and went to Walmart for blankets for my family. The window seal in the master bedroom was filled with dust. The living room curtains had a cord across the top that wouldn’t allow the curtains to close properly. I wish I would have packed clothes pins so that the people from the beach could not look in. Oh and I really wish the email I received Day One for directives would have stated DO NOT LOCK THE DOOR KNOB. My family and I locked the door knob and got locked out of the Unit. I called the 800 number and I had to prove I had reserved this Unit because my name was not on the reservation. I had to search old emails to give them the travel agents name and number. This took 30 minutes and I had to wait another 30 minutes for a manager to allow my family entry. This happened within 2 hours of arrival. The trip was not a disaster. We had fun. Just wish it was cleaner and more towels, toilet paper and a trash bag was left in the closet for JUST IN CASE stuff.
