Budgetelitetravel Recenzje

Contacted them via their web site and my request didn't go through. Called their number but was routed to Business Class .com Something doesn't feel right and they couldn't answer why they have the same phone number. Anyone else have this experience?
update: I called the number provided by Budget Elite Travel (it was the same number I originally called). Received a call back from Budget Elite Travel. I asked about the connection regarding Business-Class.com and was told that some of their operators work for that company. I gave my info again and am waiting for a response.

Good company

Dora was very responsive to our many questions and followed up on changes as they occurred.

This was an amazing experience when I booked. Afterwards, there was little or no responses to my emails over pre checking as we were told not to do it ourselves as the ticket could be invalidated.
Flight time on my return from Cairo was two hours off without receiving any updated information. No response at all about pre check on my return flights.

The agent was responsive and helpful. I would be happy to use the service again,

Tyler is very professional and attentive. Definitely would recommend..,got best pricing

Mark did his usual great job of securing us last minute flights

don't answer phone quickly and usually have to be called back .Web site seemed to be stuck

Once connected good service

The process was too complex and never fully explained. Ultimately, I got the reservation that I wanted but the process was more painful than needed. Others will have to evaluate if saving a little money on a business class seat is worth it.

Second time around with Budget Elite Travel - Back to the UK from Melb Aus saved me around $3k on the same airline same flights. Got to chose my seats and stop overs. Nolan stayed up late each day to help me get sorted (Due to time difference) I'm grateful for that. Last time went smoothly hoping this time is the same.
Edited: All went very well, even when I wanted to extend my stay Nolan checked all flights for me to change. However I didnt end up needing this. Thanks again Nolan for your assitance my second experiance with BET has been great.

I was provided with personal service from beginning to end. Genuine. Caring. Company

Excellent service by Misty.

Ali was extremely professional. I’m in a generation that can have challenges with buying on the internet.
He was so patient, kind and made sure I understood exactly what to do!
I always buy through AMX, now I feel I have a Company and agent that will work at my best interest! Thank you Ali, you are the best!!!

Very helpful friendly staff, keeping in contact at all times, had to rebook due to illness managed to get us back on track, will continue to use this company..

I cancelled a trip last year, and was able to use my credit to purchase another flight. It seemed to be more complicated and took numerous emails, texts, and phone calls to get the flight complete, but in the end, it will get us there at little out of pocket expense.

Excellent and very timely attention by Jaden all the time.

Outstanding Planning Assistance!

Elvis has done an amazing job planning my upcoming trip. He listened to my preferences and tailored everything to meet my needs with great professionalism and care. His dedication and attention to detail have given me complete confidence that my journey will be a success. The only downside is our time difference, which can sometimes make communication a bit challenging.
I highly recommend Elvis as a travel agent!

Quick and easy. Great price was found for my trip on a route that I couldn't find through booking websites. Thanks to Omar for making the start of my trip smooth and relaxing.
