My ISA Transfer In Request was actioned promptly last year snd so is my current year Transfer Out request. Have banked with them before as well.

Clunky process for making a deposit
I opened a second savings account for a sports body and, as treasurer, tried to transfer a substantial sum from a Lloyds current account to the new UTB account. This was held up because Lloyds was not the "nominated" account. The process for changing the nominated account took three days and required telephone conversations with UTB staff each day to progress it. The staff were all helpful and polite. The process seemed rather clunky.

Great products and service
The products available for a saver are both varied and flexible. When I needed some help from the staff in the opening of the account, they were both professional and helpful.

Poor website
0Transacting ISAs on their website is just so clumsy.
Transferred mine eventually but had to check if it had transferred by phoning as their website was all over the place. My wife tried to transfer hers, on phoning no it hadn't, same approach used but different outcome.
