My representative is quite helpful and good conversationalist and a nice guy however, I don’t understand why it takes forever to get stuff shipped at one point you had my money over six weeks before I got medals. I found that hard to believe that’s my only concern the timing in between the when the order was placed versus when they have the medals in hand
