Fedex delivered an empty box. I filled a Police report. Was assured your security department would contact me. Never heard a peep from them or my sales associate. My latest phone call to him was unanswered and my call was never returned.

I will never use this company ever again !
Have an order placed all the way from July and still have not received any delivery as of September 11, 2026. However, they continue to harass me to purchase more items and now they are asking me for a review. I have yet to receive my order and have called on numerous occasions to get updates. They have already been paid in full and are holding my money yet. I can’t get the items that I have paid for very unprofessional and very dissatisfied with their services.

Great place to buy precious metals.
I bought precious metals from them many times since 2018 and I've never had a problem with them. Their prices are not that much over spot. I have no complaints about doing business with these people.
