Outstanding Organization and People
My wonderful and exciting experience with USGB has been nothing less than exceptional. My account executive, Mark Teasley, has been more than just a personal contact to USGB’s unique offerings of numismatic treasures … he has also been my personal guide and advocate. On several occasions Mark has petitioned his management to address my concerns (rare considering the number of coins I have purchased) regarding coins I’ve received and had an issue with. I am very very particular about the physical appearance of not only the coin but the packaging in which it is contained. I consider the packaging and the label to be a critical component of the beauty, uniqueness, and value of the coin. Mark and USGB could have just patronized me but they took me seriously and corrected my concerns. In one case they even contacted a former US mint official to sign a specific palladium coin label so that the entire set was perfect … what service! I also have found their extensive coin offerings to be fantastic … and if they don’t have it they have the resources to find what you want … within limits of course. Lastly, they treat you like a friend and interested companion when working on your collection. Mark and I share a common military heritage (Semper Fi) and sometimes we just talk … about what the coins mean to me and why I am collecting them. So, in conclusion, if you want a great experience … buy from USGB and ask for Mark.

Really good experience with my first time buying gold/silver from the US Gold Bureau. My sales rep was very knowledge and did a good job determining suitability. Paying was a little tricky but should go smoother the next time. I am storing my own so delivery went smooth also. I signed for it. It came with no indication of what it was or from the us gold bureau. I will buy again
