I received the wrong product - they didn't correct it
I received the wrong product and wrote to the company to get it fixed and they never responded.
Updated review: Giusti did contact me and made everything right quite quickly. I very much appreciate that. I couldn't give perfect stars because my request wasn't responded to when I wrote directly. Assuming there is a communication glitch.

Best Balsamic Vinegar
We purchased this balsamic originally on our trip to Italy and loved it. We were very pleased to be able to order it once we were back to the states and we can’t recommend it enough.

What makes the experience great is the vinegar! It is THE best. I've purchased several different ones and all have been delicious. Try the 5 gold medal Modena one on ice cream. Yummy!
As to the website I found it easy to use and the shipping was quick.
