Jeg opplevde i desember 2024 at jeg ble belastet dobbet for merverdiavgift. Ser at andre her har slitt med det samme.
Jeg måtte altså betale MVA dobbelt siden de ikke deklarerer pakken rett, selv om de er VOEC registrert. Underslår derfor MVA i egen lomme uten å betale videre til Skatteetaten. Svindel, styr unna for enhver pris!!
PS! Anbefaler alltid å betale med kredittkort fra slike steder. Jeg holder på med å sende klage til mitt kredittkort-selskap for å få dekket den dobbelt-betalte merverdiavgifter.

Schlimmster Online Laden den ich je erlebt habe, Ware ist billig aber nicht günstig, schlechte Qualität. Trotz Rücksendung in vorgegebener Zeit muss man um die Rückerstattung kämpfen. Lasst die Finger davon.
Außerdem drücken die einem noch, ohne Zustimmung, Trusted Shop Premium Mitgliedschaft auf. Kosten 12 €!
0 Sterne wenns gehen würde. Warte heute noch auf mein Geld.

I am still so disappointed with Urban Outfitters. The quality of their products is poor. I brought a top (heas and shoulder shrug) last year, never worn and still has a label on it.The top was stretched and cannot be worn. Urban didnt do anything. Really, they should be questioning where they buy their products. Not a good company and poor quality of items being sold by them. I would avoid them at all costs going forward . An item should not look stretched out when it has never been worn.

I can’t actually believe as i’ve researched where to put a bad review about Urban outfitters customer service that soooooo many other people have had horrendous experiences as well , does this company have No scruples or moral compass to actually do something about all this .
i think i am constantly just dealing with AI or a copy and paste programme as ever time i complain about not receiving items i get exactly the same reply , “the order left our warehouse complete “ no replacement or refund will be issued , no interest what so ever into accessing ever of even the pictures i sent if box ripped open ,thrown over fence no signature given , if i had the time and energy i would love to put them on Martin lewis to name and shame them , they are robbing people daily .They just say it’s not their issue , contact Evri or my credit card company , this company must be answerable to some legal body or watch dog .

Ho ordinato il 19 dicembre un paio di scarpe (UGG), senza prima leggere le recensioni, scarpe arrivate il 30 dicembre. Tutto perfetto, colore e numero, non capisco il perché delle recensioni cosi pessime…
Io mi sono trovato bene.

Jeg bestilte et gavekort på 600kr fikk verken gavekortet eller pengene tilbake. HOLD DERE LANGT UNNA

Meerdere keren geprobeerd een bestelling te plaatsen. Werd iedere keer direct geannuleerd. Bleek dat we geblokkeerd waren omdat onze dochter ooit een mok bij haar bestelling had gekregen, die ze niet besteld had maar volgens een medewerker van UO ook niet hoefde te retourneren. Lekker dan! Uiteindelijk toch kunnen bestellen en betalen via IDEAL. €129 betaald en geen reactie. Via contact met de klantenservice meerdere keren de vraag gekregen dat ze extra info nodig hebben. Maar welke info?? Geen idee. Uiteindelijk vandaag zelf de bestelling maar geannuleerd en het geld teruggekregen. Volgende keer alleen nog kopen via de stenen winkel in NL.

Lieferzeit von 3-5 Tagen wird nicht eingehalten. Melden sich nicht auf Emails. Null Service, null Reaktion. Nie wieder!

Be extremely cautious about purchasing from this company ! Not only could they not deliver just an E-voucher but their customer care service is appalling, long response time and blatantly lied that the voucher had been sent again! Thankfully my bank were able to get my money refunded.

Honestly I would give them zero stars if I could. The worst online customer service I have ever dealt with. I was on hold 2 times for over 50 minutes and another 2 times I called they just hung up on me. Then when you try and text with them, the conversation just starts all over every few minutes. Do not support this company!!

Ik heb nu ongeveer 18x contact opgenomen met de klantenservice op verschillende manieren. (e-mail, whatsapp, telefonisch, instagram en Facebook) Mijn bestelling is afgeschreven op 20-11-2024 maar nog steeds geen gehoor over wanneer en of mijn pakket wordt verzonden. Het is nu een maand later... Ik vrees dat €180 mij is afgenomen zonder levering van product.

I purchased 4 vinyl records for a total of 175.09 USD on november 11th. I was fully charged (authorization) on that date. 6 days later, 2 of the vinyls shipped. On november 21 i got a charge for 41.10 USD on my bank account, without ever receiving a partial refund on my initial payment. I contacted my bank to inquire about the original payment and they told me the initial payment was fully collected by urban outfitters. And that the 41.10 USD were not yet collected so it may just be a temporary charge. And that if I didn’t see that charge refunded in 72 hours to contact them back. Of course, no charge was refunded. I contacted the bank and they confirmed both the 175,09 and 41,10 charges were fully collected (not partially collected) by the retailer.
In the meantime of all this, I contacted urban outfitters support 7 times. They ALWAYS take 2-3 days to respond to the most basic emails asking relevant questions about billing. Such as the trace number of the alleged “partial collection” they made on november 11th of 134 USD (175-41)
So far, in 2-3 weeks I have been unable to get a response from urban outfitters regarding my duplicate charges. My bank recommends starting a chargeback / dispute if they refuse to provide it themselves but I want to give them the benefit of the doubt. As of right now:
1) i was charged 175.09+41.10 for a 175.09$ order.
2) i am receiving vague responses telling me to wait 72 hours (4 times so far, and nothing has happened after 72 hours)
3) they are now ignoring me, after saying 2 days ago that they sent me an “invoice detail” of my charges but I never received this on any of my inboxes or junk. After i told them I never got any other emails, they just stopped answering.
