Lese hier immer öfter das das Unternehmen Rückerstattungen nicht betätigt.. bei mir genau dasselbe passiert.. sie wollten einen Beweis von mir das ich die Rücksendung verschickt habe, hatte aber die Quittung verlegt.. hatte aber genug andere Beweise wie sendungsnummer, Bilder usw.. trotzdem haben sie mir immer wieder geschrieben sie bräuchten eine Kopie der Quittung ansonsten können sie keine Rücksendung bestätigen.. habe dann geschrieben das ich jetzt genug Beweise geschickt habe und mir Hermes bestätigt hat das die Rücksendung angekommen ist und wenn sie weiter auf stur schalten ich rechtlich vorgehe.. nach dieser Nachricht hat es nicht lange gedauert und sie haben meine Rücksendung aufeinmal doch erhalten und mir wurde der Betrag von 200€ gut geschrieben.. die wollen einfach Geld abziehen und wissen ganz genau das viele nicht wissen, das sie bei Thema Rücksendung krass viele Rechte haben. Da ich das schon öfter gelesen habe das die sich stur schalten und sogar so tun als hätten sie die Rückerstattung bestätigt aber nichts passiert.. geht einfach auf die rechtliche Schiene und droht dem Unternehmen, ihr seid im Recht und die haben keine Lust auf Probleme

Ich habe einen Stanley Becher online im Angebot gekauft. Nach der Bestellung erhielt ich eine Bestellbestätigung.
Eine Woche später kam eine Stornierung seitens UrbanOutfitters da ich anscheinend auf eine Bestätigungsanfrage nicht reagiert haben soll. Ich habe jedoch nie eine Anfrage bekommen. Auch mein Spam Postfach war leer.
Ich habe UO kontaktiert und mich beschwert, dass ich die Ware möchte und nicht storniert sein soll. Jedoch werde ich ignoriert.
Sehr schlechter Umgang und Support.

Devo ammettere che, dopo aver letto recensioni negative, ero molto dubbiosa e iniziavo a preoccuparmi ma alla fine la mia esperienza è stata più che positiva. Il servizio clienti è stato sempre disponibile a rispondere a tutte le mie richieste. La spedizione è stata veloce, la consegna era prevista per oggi e così è stato.
L’articolo corrisponde a quello da me ordinato, colore e numero giusti e soprattutto ORIGINALI. Sono molto soddisfatta e ringrazio questo negozio.

Ich habe bei Urban Outfitters eine Hose gekauft. Diese hat nicht gepasst und wurde entsprechend den Richtlinien zurückgesandt. Seit 1 Monat verweigt der Unternehmen den Kontakt und die Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises.
ACHTUNG! Ich kann nur dringend von Einkäufen bei Urban Outfitters abraten!

Once you query the hold up you get an email saying contact this other team, it's seems forwarding an email internally is too advanced for this company. The second team wants a bank auth code, yep, call your bank. Why? The reality is because they payment processor can't process the payment correctly.

The kicker here is three family members with three separate banks had this problem all last week.

Leider wurde auf meinem Adressetikett keine Hausnr vermerkt (trotz Angabe). Der kompetente Dienstleister GLS tat dann sein übriges dazu. Nach endlosen Telefonaten kam man zu dem Schluss, dass die Ware wohl wieder auf dem Rückweg ist. Einmal und nie wieder.

I placed an online order. UO use Evri as the courier who left my parcel outside, on the doorstep, in full view of passersby. The parcel wasn't there when I arrived home from work. I contacted Evri and UO. Evri replied, and they've investigation and found the courier at fault. UO haven't even replied, let alone sent me a replacement order or given me a refund. I am massively out of pocket. I definitely wouldn't recommend UO and I will not be shopping there again.

Artikel fristgerecht zurückgeschickt.
Retoure wird nach 7 Wochen immer noch nicht zurück erstattet. Kontakt mit Kundendienst immer wieder das selbe,„Betrag wurde bereits zurück erstattet“ oder „Betrag wird in den kommenden 2-3 Tagen zurück erstattet.
Werde nun juristisch dagegen vorgehen und nie wieder bei UO bestellen

went to pay at checkout in Edinburgh and asked about usuing my discount and she snapped back in a very angry tone which I find completely unnecessary! Clearly hate your job but at least pretend to be nice for the customers… it was only a question as the discounts available are u clear when there are discounts on everywhere for Xmas and student discount is normally allowed so how was I meant to know - hence the question duh…

Wat een slechte service.... verzenden duurde letterlijk weken en vervolgens retourneren is onmogelijk wat je moet zelf gaat betalen voor verzendkosten naar de UK, komt als neer op zo'n 20 euro aan kosten... ongelofelijk.

I regretfully spent £2,000 with this company on x4 dining chairs and x1 dining table. Firstly I spoke to an advisor via their online chat as they have no telephone number to call and speak to someone - and I made them aware I was away for a week so I wanted to check the delivery times for the table and chairs as it said on their website 2 weeks delivery… this was then confirmed by the urban outfitters advisor that I spoke to online that day. I was told that the order would be delivered in NO LESS than 2 weeks! I then placed my order and then went on a business trip to New York for a week… during this time my £2,000 order of expensive and fragile furniture was dumped outside the front my property by EVRI on full display to my neighbours a couple of days after placing my order, despite being told it would be no less than two weeks!!!!
I spoke to the delivery driver who refused to go back and collect it and Urban outfitters claim no responsibility for it and were of absolutely no help at all so I was left with the worry and stress of my items being stolen, getting soaked by the rain etc..
On my return I discovered that one of the chairs had a broken foot. This was all raised at the start of November.. I have asked for compensation for this entire appalling experience and also money back for the broken chair that my partner has now taken time and money to fix and I’m still waiting 4 weeks later… please DO NOT order from this disgusting company! I will never place another order with them or enter one of their stores! It seems other people feel the same and I wish I had checked in their trust pilot page prior to ordering!! NO CUSTOMER CARE WHATSOEVER!!

Purchased a gift card on their website (for convenience I may add) and ended up receiving an email to tell me I needed to call my bank and get a 6 digit authorisation code and then call them back to give them the code before they would release the egift card for use. I called them and after waiting 2 hours for call back I told them my bank could not give me such a code (which I don't blame them) They said they can't help. I have never ever been asked to do this before, its ridiculous. So after 2 hours of faffing back and forth. I got the transaction reversed by my bank and will never use Urban outfitters online again. What a waste of space.

Da gehts einem Unternehmen wohl nicht so gut. Rückerstattung seit Wochen angekommen und nicht bearbeitet. Chat meint ohne Quittung könne keine Rückerstattung bearbeitet werden... Aber sonst ging's doch auch ohne? Nach der Frage wurde der Chat vom Verkäufer abgebrochen :) Lächerlich

Schuhe bestellt, zurück geschickt und nun drei Wochen später immer noch keine Bestätigung an Klarna. Anzeige vorbehalten, die allerletzten!

Auch ich gehöre zu denjenigen, die erst bestellt und das die Rezensionen gelesen haben. Ich habe meine Klamotten bei UrbanOutfitters bisher immer im Store gekauft und bin generell überzeugt vom Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis. Sicher gefällt mir nicht alles im Sortiment, aber als mündiger Kunde kann man schließlich sein Konsumverhalten auf das fokussieren was man wirklich haben will. Ich gehöre auch nicht zu den Konsumenten, die eine übertriebene Kundenbetreuunng zur Kaufentscheidung benötigen.
Zurück zum Online Geschäft: ich lese die Rezensionen und bereite mich innerlich auf eine Challance vor. Doch letztendlich birgt der gesamte Vorgang nichts spektakuläres, bedeutet: Ware bestellt, mit Kreditkarte bezahlt, Bestellbestätigung und Sendungsmitteilung erhalten, Lieferung innerhalb 4 Tagen, Artikel stimmt, Qualität und Größe passen. Sorry, wenn dieser Beitrag gegen den Trent steht, aber das ist schließlich auch ein Teil der Wahrheit. 5 Sterne von mir.

Vergognosi!!!! Dopo un mese dal reso effettuato non ho avuto nessuna notizia sullo stato della mia spedizione. Attraverso il numero di tracciamento fornito è impossibile rintracciare il pacco ed è impossibile parlare in italiano con un operatore che possa darmi delucidazioni. Risultato? Merce riconsegnata e rimborso mai ricevuto (200 euro!!!!)

AGGIORNAMENTO
Ho ricevuto il rimborso oggi, dopo più di un mese dall'invio della merce per cui avevo perso le speranze. Quel che è giusto è giusto. Aumento da 1 a 3 stelle

Non comprate se non siete al 100% sicuri ti tenere il prodotto. I resi li spedite e loro non vi ridanno i soldi punto fine della storia. Contattate quanto volete ma non ve li ridanno. (voglio morire)

I signed up for texts for their Singles Day event. They assured me I'd receive updates. I never got one. All of the vinyls I wanted were sold out by the time I realized the text notifications promise was just a farce.

I placed an order earlier this year and returned it. Urban Outfitters NEVER refunded my large order. Weeks of going back and forth with their poor customer service and management team and no resolution. All they did was share an "invoice" showing me that they refunded me, but no funds were back in my account.

I had to submit a chargeback due to this and now they are charging me AGAIN for something I returned? This company is on the verge of bankruptcy so I understand why they want to screw their customers. Good luck to anyone who orders from them. Their clothing is poor quality along with their service.

I'm a first time UO customer, and I was so excited for my online order, BUT beware!!! URBAN OUTFITTERS makes you pay PREMIUM prices for SHEIN QUALITY CLOTHING. They blatantly lie on materials of their clothing!!! The item I received was supposed to be 100% cotton, looks like the photo, BUT is 87% polyester, 10%rayon and 3% spandex. I want to throw up. And the out of the other three shirts I ordered, they sent me XXL instead of small, the pink shirt ALSO is 40% polyester when they lied and said 100% cotton, and another green shirt had a giant hole from a tag rip that was there already. Disgusting!!! I PAID OVER 200$?? each shirt looks like 4$ instead of the 35$ I paid for each !! Now I am horrified as I wait for my next orders to arrive. I spent 400$ more on other orders because I'm doing a closet reset for college. Once all my orders arrive I will be going to the in person store to do a massive return. I am upset!!! I feel like I was stolen from and lied to!!
