Very very bad service ! If you need anything, help or assistance on your bike you can forget it ! Once you’ve paid your bike nobody will help you with the possible troubles your bike gets. My battery stops working once I’ve past the 5000 km mark and since then nobody answer. No one there got the time to help you with anything. Yes it’s a beautiful bike, but a beautiful bike at 3300€ that have a lifelong of 24 month.
Dont buy that.

I ordered a bike from their Scotland distributer almost 6 months ago. Still waiting for it with a new excuse every month.

Bought 20x4 tyres with the recommended inner tubes only to find that the tyres are not actually 20x4 and that's why the inner tubes exploded. When we emailed about the inner tubes exploding they said it's our fault for over inflating them. When we found out it was because the tyre was the wrong size and emailed them about it...crickets. They have not responded. I wish I paid via PayPal because now I'm having to dispute the transaction with my bank.

I bought a new UNI MK nearly 2 years ago. I had to follow up on the order a few times due to delay, and when I finally received the bike, it came in a mandatory but thin cardboard box heightening the cost by 100 euros. It had clearly been dropped to one side during transport, due to the steering wheel poking through the box with scratches on the brake handle. I was told to paint it myself.

The order included an extra metal storage box to go under the seat, but the one installed was not the same as the one I ordered. The explanation I got was that the other was out of stock.

The timing of the order was due to a promotion offer including a 100-euro voucher that I didn’t receive. It took some communication back and forth pointing out the promotion-mail they send me as well as everybody else on their mailing list. At the end I received the voucher.

Also, I had to tweak the brake system before fully enjoying my bike due to noise issues.

Later on, I bought lots of upgrades and accessories, but every single time I came across different issues needing to be dealt with. Often these parts would only be shipped after sending an email asking about it. I also bought an extension specifically for use with the “Ortlieb QL3.1” pannier bags as advertised just to learn, that this system made the bags impossible to mount. Afterwards I discovered that the bike already was build to fit this system even without the extension (more or less). Additionally I bought an extra wheel with the motor included for easy puncture fix, but the one I received was different from the one I ordered, which meant that I also needed a new cassette. I did get that one for free although I had to pay for the shipment.

Lately the rear mudguard fell off the bike while riding due to rust and punctured the bike. I did address this problem earlier on, and it doesn’t even involve the whole bike, but different spots with huge rust issues. I was told that daily use requires daily maintenance, although there’s no problem with the front mudguard as of yet. They didn't even reply last time I contacted them about this issue.

At this point I wouldn't recommend this bike anymore. Especially with "costumer service" in mind. You'd have to be very patient, be prepared to write an email every time you put in an order as well as expect the bike to end up costing a lot more than first anticipated. Luckily there’s a lot of different fat bike alternatives by other companies, that you might want to check out instead.

Bought the UniMoke. Really cool bike. I'm 1,75 meters and I found that it drives comfortably. Customer service was nice and quick. Only 'downside' I would say is that when you ride over bumps, you do quite feel it in your behind. I think putting in one of those foam tire fillers in the back will solve that though. Driving with two is super fun and comfortable on this bike, and you could even drive with two adults and a child on the front.

I loved my bike for the first moment. Riding every day with my daughter and her friends. It took a while until I got it ( 9 weeks) but this seems to be fast given the moment circumstances.

Hele vejen fra før køb ( diverse spørgsmål om cyklen, betaling og levering ) til bestilling og levering har jeg kun oplevet super professionel og samtidig personlig service. Hurtig svartid og altid men en reminder endeligt at skrive igen hvis der var flere spørgsmål.

Det største problem var at betale min bestilling! Beløbsstørrelsen ( +25.000 kr ) gjorde at det ikke kunne betales via VISA kort så det endte med en bankoverførsel … også dette var UD yderst hjælpsom med at få i stand.

Da det er custom made cykler skal man forvente 6-8 ugers levering ( det bliver man oplyst om inden og ved køb ). Jeg bestilte ultimo august 2021 og fik leveret i primo november 2021.

Ventetiden har været lang! - men det har været det hele værd.

Min UNI MK CLASSIC lever på alle måder op til mine forventninger - de varmeste anbefalinger skal der lyde herfra.

Great bike, poor service & communication

Sehr gutes Produkt. Ich fahre meinen UDX seit mehr als einem Jahr und mehr als 8000 Kilometer. Es hat mein Leben verändert und ich musste nie wieder öffentliche Verkehrsmittel benutzen. Sehr gute Qualität der Produkte und zweifelsohne das beste Team!

Seid gestern bin ich stolze Besitzerin meiner coolen 2BC blauen Uni MK.
Meine Jungs sind begeistert und wir sausen damit durch Palma. Das einzige Problem ist, dass wir ständig gefragt werden, was das für ein Bike ist und ob wir es empfehlen können. Deshalb auch hier meine Bewertung: in der Stadt gibt es kein besseres Fortbewegungsmittel! Es zieht gut, ich kann selbst entscheiden, wieviel Sport ich machen möchte. Sprich, wieviel Unterstützung ich dazu schalte. In Level 5 hat mein Bike ganz schön viel Wumms. So kommen wir easy jeden Berg hoch.
Gute Qualität, einfaches Laden der Batterie, und die schönsten Reifen überhaupt. Noch Fragen?!😜

I love my new Urban Drivestyle bike. Life changing. Took me 15 min to build it up before I did my first ride. Pure Fahrfreude. was worth the wait, but hey it is a fully customized bike. Every time you are out, people look and want to talk. Others than that unexpected social element, I am so much faster in the city and safe fuel:-). When i wasdoing my order , I had a question and the service via email and phone was great. I even could make a last change after the order was done. Because the manufacture them in Berlin by hand (and you dont receive a standard bike from asia). Thx UD

Die Bikes sind super, wenn man verstanden hat was die UD eigentlich tut. Fahrräder die echten Nutzen haben haben und darauf ausgelegt sind ein Auto, Moped und diese ganzen anderen veralteten Fortbewegungsmittel zu ersetzen. Ne, das ist kein Fixie und auch kein Sportrad. UD Räder sind Alltagsräder die mehr bieten als jedes andere. Die Community is einzigartig und die Weiterentwicklungen und Zubehöre auch. Sie sind halt Manufaktur und da kann es schon es leider zu Verzögerungen kommen. Die Autohersteller gehen gerade in Kurzarbeit weil Ihnen die Chips fehlen, stornieren jetzt alle die Autos? Nö! Sollten sie aber um aufs Rad umzusteigen. Eine klar Empfehlung für alle die ein wirkliche nützliches und vielseitiges Fortbewegungsmittel suchen. Einmal aufgestiegen steigt man nicht mehr ab oder um.

Purchased a Bobber two years ago and have since bought add ons for the bike (long seat, lights, mudguards, pegs, spare battery etc) and I couldnt be happier with my purchase(s)! The bike is really well built, designed beautifully and rides like a dream. I use my bike almost everyday (either commuting or just for fun) and have essentially replaced my car with it.

My experience of purchasing from UD over the last few years has always been positive. Yes the time it took for my bike to arrive from when I purchased was a few months but before buying it I knew it was being built specifically to my requirements and wouldn't be an "off the peg" kind of purchase. The people I have dealt with at UD have always been responsive, informative and helpful. Would highly recommend this company and their products!

ich bin rundum zufrieden: einfach ein super cooles Bike (man wird extrem vielen Leuten auf der Strasse angesprochen), sehr praktisch für Einkäufe, Touren mit Freunden, Arztbesuche etc.
Service sehr freundlich und schnell - habe in Bezug auf Farbe und Ausstattung ein paar mal die Konfiguration gewechselt, war überhaupt kein Problem.
Fragen zum Bike stelle ich über Facebook, das klappt super.
Kann Urban Drivestyle uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Sad to see some fake reviews here about a company that has proven to fulfil every order over the past years and that has a happy community of over 5000 customers... Check google or Facebook for more valid information!

Urban Drivestyle ist innerhalb kurzer Zeit zu einer echten Kultmarke geworden und produziert eine Serie großartiger E-Bikes und Roller. Lieferzeiten sind mit 6-8 Wochen völlig im Rahmen und wer diese mit anderen Herstellern vergleicht, sieht schnell, das dies zu heutigen Zeiten sogar sehr schnell ist.

Das beste was ich mir in letzter Zeit gegönnt habe! Die UniMoke 250w von Urbandrivestyle! Individuell nach meinen Wünschen zusammengestellt!
Ein Hingucker sondergleichen! Das Fahrgefühl macht eine Menge Spass und gibt gute Laune!
Ob für die Arbeit, Familie, Freizeit oder als Cargo Bike macht die UniMoke ein hervorragendes Fazit!
Trotz Corona bedingten Verzögerungen hat sich das Warten gelohnt.
Ich würde es wieder so machen!
