The customer service team is excellent! Whenever I call them they are friendly and professional. I am learning how to use my Money Max account to pay off 10 years worth of debt in less than 3 years!

This system is probably worth about 20$ at best your better off using pen and paper calculations to spend every spare penny on your debt I paid 3500 hard earned money on this system and you can do it yourself without even a high school diploma using Microsoft word and a calculator for free and now using chat gpt and Google complete free do not be fooled into this program im currently using it and I completely regret every penny towards it did not help me at all

I had a great training session with Audrey. She knows a lot about the program and was great to work with!

Overall good experience however there are a lot of bugs
1. System unable to capture and categorize accurately and precisely in realtime and outputs seem duplicative - no option for remedial measures when errors are noticed .
2. System appears dated and not flexible or versatile
3. The yodle system -that’s an added account feature and added cost does not appear to live upto the reputation - extremely slow, clunky and I don’t understand why the owners are not considering much more updated realtime solutions for seamless realtime account reflection such as plaid or MC .
I have indicated this to the staff and they keep saying that they are working on it
However timeline of implementation is unclear and uncertain .

I would like to give 5 stars because this has changed my life and given me power over managing my debt and finances. However b there are some issues that have created frustration for me. There is a customer service line but I work nights and am up at night going through my finances normally. I wish I could see past 3 months on the action tab. I also haven’t been able to figure out when debt is being paid easily. I can see when the next and last debt is being paid off but not in between. I’ve also run into issues with it only allowing me to pay off debt out of my savings account even though I have indicated to pay through checking. It doesn’t happen all the time but one and it has caused a lot of manual adjustments and guess work. All in all this seems great so 4.5 stars for sure.

UFF support team is always phenominal. Max was very helpful and handled my issue completely. Iam always grateful for the service everyone gives. Max was great!
