I had a great first session with Max. She was very knowledgeable and patient with me. She helped me to understand the system and I look forward to moving ahead, saving money and getting out of debt faster than I ever thought I could.

Max did an amazing job of explaining the different features that the UFF has. She also explained to me how the program works based of of my future goals. She also gave me simple answers to my questions. All in all Max helped me better understand how the UFF functions and made its complex features easier to manage. She also was kind enough to answer some questions my mother had about her UFF program as well!

Max was exceptional. She was patient And knowledgeable. She was able to give me all the answers I needed. I love this customer service.

I decided to reactivate my Money Max Account after being "slothful" and not keeping up. After updating my entries I called and spoke with Max to review my account with me. She seemed eager to help. I got a WHOLE LOT more than I expected. Max was patient, polite, thorough and very knowledgeable. I left the conversation (which was really training) feeling empowered and excited about reaching my goal!!!

Audrey was very great at answering all my questions. She helped guide me through my questions and issues and even helped clarify any issues I could run into and how to fix them. Very polite, helpful, and concise!

The support given while learning the ins and outs of the software are great. There's definitely a learning curve trying to set up and enter information pertaining to my personal budget and spending, etc. But I feel like every zoom call Audrey has been really great helping navigate the program and answering questions.
