The experience with Money max and their Customer Service representatives has been great, their service and knowledge are stellar and always solve my questions in a very professional manner.

Max answered all my questions that I had what I needed to do when I get caught up.

I have automatic payments that disappear some times and it would also be nice if the program would have an option that absolutely made sure an account was not suggested to go below a certain amount instead of saying they will try to keep it from going below a certain level and then I have to move more balances around. I have accounts that have to maintain a certain level or else I get charged fees. The program does a great job of helping me to pay my bills in the most effective fashion overall.

This experience was great and the speaking team was very helpful with speaking instructions.

The coordinator, Ethan S. Was very informative, patient, professional, and knowledgeable. I enjoyed the refresher course very much.

Audrey continued to be professional during our 3rd and last appointment to finish up my account. Her patience helped me understand everything better.

Max was incredibly helpful with the MMA program. He guided me through solving problems step by step and clearly showed me what needed to be fixed. I really appreciated his patience—he never rushed and made sure I understood everything. I feel like I’ve learned a lot from him. It’s clear he’s an expert at what he does.
