I ordered a DVD from Amazon Germany, thinking the dvd would come from Germany so, as I live in Italy, no additional customs charges to pay. When the dvd arrived I had to pay €10.47 customs charges as it had come from Switzerland. Uniqueplace say it's clear they always ship from Switzerland & customs charges may apply. There is NOTHING on their Amazon page to indicate any of this & they refuse to refund my customs charges. I have asked them to show me where this information is displayed but they just ignore me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE CROOKS

Betrug, Rücksendeetikett geschickt bekommen, das DHL nicht einscannen kann, also auch keine Bestätigung der Retoure, nun behauptet Uniqueplace, die Rücksendung sei nicht bei Ihnen eingetroffen und möchte ein Foto der Retourenbestätigung. Bewusste Täuschung und Betrug am Kunden. FINGER WEG:

Ordered a cd that wasn’t so easy to get in UK, “Uniqueplace-UK” had them apparently according to Amazon. A few days delay to say they had despatched, now a week past delivery date I’m assuming it wasn’t despatched. They’ve had my money though. Now read the reviews, I really wish I hadn’t ordered it !.

I ordered a Donna Summer CD, unfortunately it was not available from Amazon direct. Needless to say it hasn't turned up. Next time I will not purchase unless it ships from Amazon direct, but this CD was not available anywhere else.

Lieferzeitn aus der Schweiz über 4 Wochen und ohne Paketnachverfolgung. Ware kommt nicht an.

Avoid this company. Their adds are misleading they make you pay to send things back and don't pay the refund. They are scam artists.

Ordered a "TY blue bear" on 14 April and it arrived today (27 April) (expected date for delivery was 25 April - 5 May). Happy with services, was a bit unnerved by some of the reviews and being unable to track the package through Amazon but all good in the end 👍

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered on Amazon at the time they were the only seller! Needless to say they have my money and I don’t have the CD. Asked to ordered 5 Feb due 25 Feb and they offer excuse after excuse! No morals and no customer service! Why Amazon allows them to trade is a mystery!
I am looking into taking further action! For now……Don’t go near them!!!!

Yes avoid this company. Ordered a DVD which they said was sent 18th January with a delivery date of 4th February. That date came and went and the next message said the order had been delayed. Messaged the seller and they said it’s probably lost in the post. (So NOT delayed then? Which is it?) They want me to wait another two weeks. I’ve said no, I want a refund. They’re clearly a scam company. Avoid at all costs!

Like many others here, I ordered from this company via Amazon and wish I had read the reviews here first. The item was ordered on 1st January with a delivery date of 18 - 27 January. On 27 January, the order update stated that the order would be delivered by 8pm that day. It did not arrive. On 28 January, the order update stated that the delivery was running late. When I contacted the seller they claimed that their orders are not trackable even though they were apparently able to provide delivery updates. Based on my experience, I would avoid this company.

Wish I'd read reviews of this company before ordering from them. Ordered via Amazon. Order never arrived despite a very long quoted delivery date. Have now requested refund via Amazon.......

J'ai bien reçu mon colis (agrafes pour agrafeuse électrique) dans un délai acceptable de 6 jours. Toutefois, la boîte contenant les agrafes, était endommagée et mal fermée. Elles étaient donc en grande partie tombées dans le paquet.

Unfortunately wish I'd seen these reviews before I ordered from them!!! Awaiting a cd that has not yet arrived on the stated date, contacted Amazon who were basically unhelpful stating I had to wait for company to reply. Do not order from this company. Why it states UK when it's clearly not shouldn't be allowed by Amazon

Angeblich können 2 identische Produkte nicht in einem Paket versendet werden. schlechtes Management und unglaubwürdige Emailkommunikation.

ich kann es einfach nur bestätigen... Zoll Gebühren, die nirgends beim Kauf vermerkt waren... so wird ein Produkt einfach mal um ein vielfaches teurer. Zahlt man die Gebühren nicht geht die Sendung irgendwann nach einer Frist retour und das Geld für das Produkt sieht man nie wieder... also Zoll Gebühren bezahlen und hoffen das das Produkt dann nicht auch noch beschädigt wurde...

Perhaps I'm lucky just bought Megadeth blu ray rust in peace via Amazon ,the box was old and inlays look like they've been printed but the disc is amazing can you copy blu ray

Avoid this company at all costs

Placed an order through Amazon which never arrived, unable to contact the company directly tried through Amazon and advised I was requesting a refund as the order never arrived and was sent a returns label, will now have to request a refund through my credit card provider.

This appears to be a common theme with this company based on the reviews on trustpilot.

I have asked Amazon why they are still allowing a company like this advertise / sell through their website and still haven’t received a reply

I ordered a copy of a Blu-ray from New Zealand as it was the only way I could watch the extended edition. A month later it's missed the delivery date with no new information about where it is or when it's coming.

They have been extremely unreliable, they haven't even responded back yet.
