DVD "en langue française" (faux) "sous-titré français"

Didn't read reviews until after I purchased item. Just as well as I would have been put off. However, glad I didn't as my CD arrived on the first day of the expected window. And just to clarify...they don't state they are based in UK. The UK part at the end is for the UK market. Similarly the German market has DE etc. Looking at all the positive reviews in the last year on Amazon, I would say this company have improved greatly. I would use again.

Commande d’un coffret CD … toujours rien reçu au bout de 3 semaines… impossible de communiquer avec eux … la Fnac non plus … l’impression d’une belle arnaque… à fuir absolument…

Commande effectuée le 06/02,reçu le 13/02. Envoie rapide et soigné, produit conforme à ma recherche, bonne communication avec le vendeur, rien a signalé de ce côté. Point négatif, 13€ de frais de douanes...

No compres a esta empresa. Yo compré un CD a través de Fnac.com. Quise devolverlo porque el producto era erróneo y fue imposible contactar con ellos. Fnac se desentiende, argumenta que me tengo que poner en contacto con ellos directamente, lo cual es imposible porque ninguno de los enlaces para ello (a los que debería poder acceder a través de su email de recepción de mi pedido o a través de mi cuenta en la página de Fnac) funcionan. Tan solo aparece "esta página no existe. Me parece increíble que una empresa como Fnac facilite la compra a través de Uniqueplace. En mi caso confié en Fnac pero se ha desentendido por completo.

Ich habe über Amazon von uniqueplace eine DVD bestellt und erhalten. Leider konnte ich die DVD weder auf einen von meinen DVD-Playern noch auf einem PC abspielen weil sie für die Region Europa gesperrt war. Als Antwort auf meine Reklamation bekam ich: „Das Format der DVD ist NTSC / Region 1“ also Nordamerika. Was natürlich Sinn macht wenn man die DVD in und für Deutschland bestellt. Weiter hieß es: „Die DVD lässt sich auf einem regionfree Player oder oft auch am PC abspielen.“ Und ich könne den Artikel ausnahmsweise bereits geöffnet retournieren. Eigentlich eine Unverschämtheit bei einem mangelbehafteten Produkt. Weiter hieß es ich sollte eine separate E-Mail mit dem Ablauf der Rücksendung bekommen und die DVD nicht über Amazon zurücksenden. Eine solche E-Mail habe ich natürlich nie bekommen. Die DVD habe ich dann übrigens im Media Markt bekommen und für die Hälfte des Preises von uniqueplace.
Ganz offensichtlich alles andere als eine seriöse Firma! Auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen. Jedenfalls nicht von mir.

How is a company such as uniqueplace allowed to advertise themselves as being uk based when they are clearly not (I believe that they are based somewhere in Europe). I have ordered items from them via Amazon in the past; the goods have never arrived on time and on one occasion not at all. They are extremely evasive when you try to contact them and they never accept blame for their poor service. Amazon do not allow any criticism of this company; this is a policy that Amazon have extended to all their suppliers.

Commande d'un pauvre cd de 80grammes.
le 17 octobre commande soit disant envoyé, 29 balles prélevé le jour même là c'est rapide.
Commande effectué sur la fnac marquet machin truc.
au bout de 3 semaines je contacte le vendeur.
délais de livraison deux semaine(normalement)
réponse ,je déconne pas,soyez patient nous expédions de suisse.bin heureusement qu'il fait pas la promotion du bled pour les touristes le gars.Résultat j'ai vraiment l,impression qu'ils me prennent pour une buse les suisses.Commande similaire effectué en allemagne chez momox. moins de deux semaines.Faut vraiment leurs faire un parachutage de Guronsan méga vitaminé avec des bananes.Moi perso ça me cole la...patate.En tout cas uniqueplace j'espère qui en a pas deux car vraiment pas sérieux..

Do not use this company!! Clearly a scam organisation. CD ordered and paid for in September. No goods have been delivered, no information given on tracking details, no communication from the seller.
Why are Amazon facilitating and enabling this company?

ich dachte ich hätte einen guten Deal erwischt, allerdings stell sich folgendes heraus:
Ich erhielt eine Versandbestätigung am gestrigen Tag. Da mir das etwas seltsam vorkam, habe ich Kontakt zu Amazon aufgenommen. Schließlich wurde der Versand aus der Schweiz (???) ohne Sendungsverfolgung bestätit. Super auffällig. Über Amazon wollte ich dann eine Sendeverfolgung zu meiner bereits verschickten Bestellung. Heute, einen Tag später, habe ich mein Geld erstattet bekommen, obwohl angeblich meine Waren gestern verschickt wurden... ja ne is schon klar.
Auch wenn die Preise verführen...seid nich so dumm wie ich. Wenn etwas zu gut erscheint, ist es meistens auch so... war mir eine Lehre.

I ordered a dvd box set from Amazon which was due to be delivered by uniqueplace on the 29th August at the very latest & it is now late. There is no tracking number & now it says that it is going to be delivered by a company called Schwezer post who ever they are. Sounds like some company abroad. I am so very annoyed & just want to know were my parcel is. If it is not going to be delivered I want a full refund

I ordered a figure through my mother and when it arrived it was not what was advertised.
A complete sham..no number or contact details to complain too. Stay clear of this sham

I ordered a CD through Amazon that was coming from Unique Place UK and it arrived a week earlier then the stated delivery time, which I am very pleased about. I didn’t expect it to because of the bad reviews. Just shows that like myself people should take reviews with a pinch of salt.

I had ordered a funko pop from Amazon and when I got the notification it had been shipped I seen there was no tracking information. All it said was contact the company and it came up with Uniqueplace-uk which by the reviews of it being from Amazon I assume it’s this company. When I read the reviews it had me very anxious since as you can see they aren’t good and a lot of people never received their packages so it made me worried I would never receive it. I did attempt to contact them for tracking information but they said they don’t have tracking numbers for their parcels which again made me very worried since there was no way of knowing whether it would arrive. However I received my parcel today and it’s actually a day earlier than expected as on Amazon it said it was to arrive between the 18th July-23rd July and as of right now it’s the 17th. So I would say it is very quick but I may of just been one of the lucky ones as all these bad reviews are very concerning but overall my experience with this company was great

❌warning❌ unfortunately I made a mistake getting involved with this bunch of @@@@@ through Amazon and lost my money. Amazon have been a complete waste of space. Stay well clear and buy somewhere else.

Okay, man findet wirklich keinerlei Infos über die Firma irgendwo. Aber meine Bestellung hat funktioniert, ich kann also nicht meckern.
Wusste vorher gar nicht, dass die Firma in der Schweiz beheimatet ist. Etwas lange Lieferzeit, aber da es über Ostern lief noch okay.
Gestern kam die CD bei mir dann an.

Il est vrai que d'habitude, j'écris un avis quand les choses finissent mal (vous aussi n'est-ce pas ?). J'ai lu les avis sur Uniqueplace après avoir fait ma commande FNAC. Si j'avais lu avant, je n'aurais jamais cliqué sur "commander" ! Alors voilà... tout s'est bien passé pour moi. Commande FNAC pour un BR en 4K, bon prix, après avoir lu les commentaires je suis dit que je m'étais fait avoir. Comme les autres, délais de livraison affichés par la FNAC très longs, comme tout le monde, un petit message du vendeur pour dire que les délais peuvent être longs car la boutique envoie de Suisse. Je me dis que, comme tout le monde, ma commande ne va jamais arriver. Et pourtant, miracle. J'ai tout reçu, largement avant les délais affichés. Le tout très bien emballé, BR encore sous cello (donc pas d'occasion déguisée). BREF tout a fonctionné comme si j'avais commandé directement à la FNAC. Je suis peut-être l'exception, mais pour moi, Uniqueplace a été une bonne expérience.
