Ik heb een dvd series besteld van 4 films, ik krijg na 2 weken het pakket binnen, helemaal blij.. maar helaas mis ik de laatste 2 films in het doosje. Beetje vreemd. Dvd was ook niet geseald. Ik hoop dat ik mijn missende dvd nog krijg opgestuurd

Ich habe am 28. Dezember 2023 einen Artikel über Amazon bei diesem Verkäufer erworben, dieser sollte zwischen 05. und 11. Januar 2024 bei mir ankommen - aber nichts passierte. Am 22. Januar fragte ich beim Verkäufer nach und erhielt die Antwort, dass zufälligerweise genau an diesem Tag der Artikel retour kam. Ich hatte die Wahl zwischen Neuversand oder Geld zurück - und entschied mich für den Neuversand, da es sich um ein Geschenk handelte. Der Artikel wurde am 23. Januar angeblich nochmal versandt. Auf Nachfrage nach einer Sendungsnummer erhielt ich die Info, dass sie Pakete immer ohne Sendungsnummer verschicken würden - diese Tatsache fand ich schon merkwürdig. Am 02. Februar war der Artikel immer noch nicht bei mir angekommen (ja, der Versand erfolgte aus der Schweiz nach Deutschland - aber das dauert im Normalfall auch nur 3-4 Tage) und ich kontaktierte den Verkäufer erneut, um eine Rückerstattung zu erhalten - darauf wollte man sich nicht einlassen und mich vertrösten, dass die Lieferung ja unterwegs wäre und in den nächsten Tagen eintreffen werde (man bedenke, dass diese Aussage ohne Sendungsnummer getroffen wurde). Da am 03. Februar weder der Artikel bei mir war, noch eine Rückerstattung veranlasst wurde, habe ich die A-Z-Garantie bei Amazon genutzt und so mein Geld zurückerhalten. Im Nachgang erhielt ich noch eine Nachricht vom Verkäufer, dass ich den Garantieantrag zurückziehen solle, falls der Artikel doch "eines Tages" bei mir ankommen sollte. Und was soll ich sagen? Heute ist der 14. Februar 2024 und bis heute kam hier kein Artikel an.

Ich kann nur davon abraten, bei diesem Händler irgendetwas zu kaufen - das kostet nur Zeit, Geld und Nerven. Mir ist auch ein Rätsel, warum dieser Händler bei Amazon und diversen anderen Plattformen nicht gesperrt wird.

Suite à une commande de 45,75 € auprès de la fnac le 26/12/23 pour 2 cd, je suis devenu le client malgré moi d'uniqueplace. La politique de la fnac étant de payer le vendeur à l'échéance de la date ultime de livraison que la commande soit reçue ou non. Ma commande est soit disant partie le 28/12/23 .Mon délai de livraison était entre le 11 et 18/01/24,j'ai commencé à passer via la messagerie sécurisée de la fnac pour échanger avec ce vendeur qui après ma demande de recherche de colis m'informe que lui même ne peut savoir où il est, malgré mes relances également auprès du marketplace de la fnac qui met en avant ce vendeur sur sa vitrine. Faut attendre le 18/1.
Nous sommes le 19/1 et toujours rien, ce vendeur va être payé par la fnac ,mais aucun produits.
Ces cds étaient des cadeaux prévus pour un anniversaire ce soir, j'ai été obligé d'aller trouver l'un des deux dans un magasin Leclerc(ticket de caisse à l'appui) coût supplémentaire, car j'ai été débité de cette commande le 28/12/23.
Donc en résumé, il va falloir que je prenne encore du temps avec la fnac pour me faire rembourser l'intégralité de ma commande(car ces derniers en plus me parlaient de ponction de la somme en fonction du transporteur) :-(
je déconseille fortement malgré la réactivité de réponse du vendeur ce qui le glorifie d'une étoile et pas zéro. Je pense avoir été plus que patient ,tolérant et généreux de ce fait pour l'étoile(oups, on peut pas en mettre 0* )

CD commandé sur le site de la FNAC comme étant vendu neuf et facturé au prix du neuf. CD reçu non emballé dans son blister comme n'importe quel CD neuf, et avec des traces d'utilisation.
Bravo pour un cadeau !!!

absolutely avoid ordering from this company I just received a refund from Amazon and bitterly complained to them over the behaviour of this scam company never has buyer beware more appertaining to than this company

Ordered a dvd from Amazon UK. No tracking number and no contact and now late. I don’t even know if this is a scam. Not expecting it to arrive sadly.

In der letzten Zeit,habe ich sehr oft hier bestellt,und nur positive Erfahrungen gemacht(einmal auch mit Top Kundendienst Erfahrung). Meistens wurde in der Hälfte der vorgegebenen Zeit geliefert+2 mal hat es ein bisschen länger gedauert. Mein Vorteil dabei,ich hab es nicht eilig,und mach mich nicht verrückt wegen ein paar Tagen mehr. Hauptsache Ende gut,Alles gut. Bis jetzt immer!!!!!

Habe über Amazon bestellt, Ware kam mit 14 Tagen verspätet, entsprach nicht den Angaben. Habe es nicht mal vollständig ausgepackt und sofort Rücksendung ausgedruckt. DHL konnte das Paket nicht einlesen. Ist dann als Paket verschickt worden. Nach weiteren 10 Tagen kam es zurück, wurde von Empfänger nicht angenommen...
Das Geld ist wohl weg plus die Paketkosten. Das ist 》ABZOCKE《 und ich verstehe nicht, warum Amazon diesen geschäftsschädigende Verkäufer zu lässt.
Wie schon viele andere hier rate ich jedem davon ab bei/von/über
■Uniqueplace■ zu kaufen.

Escrocs dvd a 13 euros recu avec une taxe douane de 11 euros. Leur réponse après les avoir contactés :c'est au client de payer.
Donc tout est normal, Merci la fnac de travailler avec des partenaires malhonnêtes.

Einfach unsäglich! CD-/BluRay-Box über Amazon von uniqueplace gekauft. Ohnehin schon nach dem Kauf wurde ich über die lange Lieferzeit von 2 Wochen informiert. Das Lieferzeitfenster ist dann ohne Lieferung verstrichen, eine Sendungsverfolgung war nicht möglich, weil es keine Sendungsnummer gab. Zwei direkte Nachfragen per Mail bei uniqueplace blieben unbeantwortet. Erst nach dem Einschalten von Amazon tat sich etwas, und ich erhielt die Nachricht von uniqueplace, dass der Artikel mit der Schweizer Post verschickt und nicht nachverfolgbar sei. Dank Amazon-Garantie habe ich meine Zahlung erstattet bekommen. Wenn man sich auch die Bewertungen vieler anderer Kunden hier anschaut, kann man nur warnen: Finger weg von uniqueplace!
Es ist mir unverständlich, dass so ein unzuverlässiger Anbieter bei Amazon sein Geschäft betreiben darf.

This seller is a scammer. They claim they are sending from Amazon US. But after waiting for a week with no word on tracking or if my order had shipped, I contacted them to find out they are a 3rd part seller who never gives tracking, and they refuse to refund if the item is never received. SCAMMERS! And to make things worse, I tried to put this as my review on Amazon and Amazon rejected my review with the following ridiculous response....

"Hello, We couldn't post your review because it focuses on one or more of these topics:
Sellers, Delivery, Packaging, Pricing, Availability.
Why isn't that allowed? These aspects vary by order and won't be relevant to all customers."

OMG Amazon!!! Isn't that the whole point of reviews, to make other shoppers aware of bad service and scammers????

Ordered a cd on 21st May from this company which they claim to have dispatched. However the cd has never arrived and I have since claimed a refund through Amazon. In addition I have received some very dubious emails which we believe may relate to this package. I should have read customer reviews first. Beware do not order from this company.

Ordered JAMES BROWN Get on up .... recieved something in a James Brown box but on DVD was some Mummie movie ??? Could not correctly load as it says "not allowed in your country"

BEWARE! - LIARS and CHEATS (and that is FACT based on EVIDENCE)!

They marked the CD I ordered (placed 9th May) as DISPATCHED on 11th May but then admitted they had NOT actually dispatched it at all, as of 17th May, over a week after they notified Amazon they has sent it (so they LIED = LIARS)!

The reason they LIED and MISLED me (and Amazon) was to pretend they are better than they are, but mainly to deliberately DECEIVE Amazon and MANIPULATE their seller ratings/standing with Amazon (because Amazon requires sellers to dispatch within 48 hours of an order being placed, but this company could NOT do that as they didn't actually have stock (so LYING again), but instead of being honest & admitting they could not dispatch within the time frame required, they LIED to Amazon by FALSELY claiming they had dispatched (so lying again & FAKING dispatch = CHEATS)!

Even their name - unique_place_uk (which they use on Amazon) contains a BIG LIE as they are NOT in the UK at all, but actually in Switzerland (so they are DELIBERATELY aiming to MISLEAD customers into thinking they are UK based when they are NOTHING of the sort) = FUNDAMENTALLY DISHONEST!

When I 'dared' to ask for a tracking number they ADMITTED LYING about dispatch but patronised me and tried to BLAME Amazon (this is NOT Amazon's fault as they rely on the seller notifying them on dispatch - so, unprofessional & YET ANOTHER LIE) were super-UNHELPUL, IGNORANT, RUDE, and arbitrarily CANCELLED my order when they realised they had been CAUGHT OUT in their dishonesty & manipulation!

AVOID these fundamentally dishonest LIARS & CHEATS at all costs!!!

Bought cd from Amazon seller unique-place-de. Delivery took long time but in the end I got the product few days earlier than promised. No tracking for the package earns one minus point.

AVOID! I ordered a DVD through Amazon Germany. Dispatched by uniqueplace-de. The package never arrived. The seller told me it was "returned to them." They agreed to re-send it. Again, nothing.

Amazon keeps putting me in touch with the seller. Who keeps convincing me I gave them the wrong address. Meanwhile, after paying €27 for a DVD and waiting 5 months I have received nothing.

Kann all die negativen Bewertungen NICHT bestätigen.
Alles überpünktlich (vier Tage VOR der angegebenen Frist!) im Briefkasten gewesen!
