I am very happy with the pillow. It arrived very quickly and very well protected. After trying it for a few weeks, I am totally in love with it as it is very comfortable and it is very convenient that one can personalise its height bit.
I've had a neck pain for a while and bought this one to see if it improved by changing pillows. I must say that it hasn't but again, it is probably due to other factors.
It has a slight smell of the material inside but it is bearable.
I would totally recommend it.

Brilliant mattresses, firm yet forgiving, much more comfortable than so-called memory foams or contour-hugging mattresses, and they just FEEL great ... they have that X factor that makes you really enjoy lying on them. It's a bit like the security of lying on mother earth, but instead you are in bed. They have literally changed our lives ... no back ache, better sleep, more secure and comfortable. GREAT!

A fantastic mattress. We ordered the Una Junior mattress for my toddler which will last him until his teen years! We are so impressed with the quality, it has also improved the length of his sleep. He sleeps longer and falls asleep quicker. The mattress was simple to set up- unroll and zip. The cover for the mattress is super soft and looks and feels high quality. We are so pleased we changed our son's mattress and could not recommend enough!

Una tell customers its Delux mattress is 24cm deep but it is NOT; this is a lie.

I contacted them 5 weeks ago and asked where 4th layer was because I was supposed to have received a mattress with 4 layers as described on their website: "Extra Luxurious Organic Mattress" with "4 organic foam layers". They wrote back to say there wasn't one.

Apparently it is only this thick if you order a super king sized version which comes with an extra topper and 4 layers. However, there is a video on the website and a diagram that clearly shows the mattress I bought has 4 layers. There is no note to say that only the superking size mattress has 4 layers.

I questioned this and said their website was misleading customers. I gave them 5 weeks to correct it because they are now fully aware they are lying to customers.

5 weeks on they are still lying to customers.

I am sending the mattress back because I do not support dishonest companies.

Apart from the review exposing a dishonest company I would like to say that the mattress is not that comfortable and certainly not worth the premium price.

There is also a big problem in that the 3 layers do not stay on top of each other when you move the mattress or simply move on the mattress. So the mattress ends up with wonky sides and is not supportive at the very edge because of this.

Update: I am now replying to Una's reply. Firstly, you must remove my name from this review since that is a COMPLETE BREACH OF GDPR. Seriously? Do you not even know the rules? REMOVE IT IMMEDIATELY!!! Secondly, your answer is not what you told me in writing and is not inline with my experience. You told me (and I quote!)

In the single deluxe mattress you get a soft layer, a medium layer and a firm layer all approx. 7.5 cm deep. In the larger double Deluxe mattress the soft layer is only 5 cm deep because you get a soft pillow top layer to go on top which is 2.5 cm deep to combine the halves.

You already ACCEPTED that you had miss-sold the mattress to me previously and your previous reply is not exactly what you have tried to pretend below is it? So I see you are still trying to cover up your lies and now you have completely broken GDPR. That alone carries with it a fine of either 20 million Euros or up to 4% of your turnover. So please, do the right thing and amend your website so that it tells the truth and delete your reply so you are complicit with GDPR

2nd Update: Your mattresses are NOT the same thickness since you supply 3 layers for a single and then 4 layers for king/superking size mattresses. The 4 layers consist of the SAME 3 layers in the single PLUS an extra 2.5cm topper. Therefore it is IMPOSSIBLE for the single mattress to be the same thickness as your king/superking mattresses so please stop claiming this. It is also rather concerning when a customer has a better product knowledge than a member of staff....

After suffering from crippling lower back issues with our previous expensive mattress, I researched alternatives for a long time before choosing Una. We could not be happier with it. It has completely transformed how well we both sleep and I no longer have back ache when I wake up. It's so supportive and incredibly comfortable. Having an organic, natural mattress was so important to us and we have that peace of mind that we aren't breathing in toxins while we sleep too. The service was excellent and I highly recommend Una. Please don't stop making your wonderful mattresses because we only want to use yours from now on! Thank you so much!

I LOVE the pillow - I'm either incredibly tired at the mo, or it's helping me massively to 'sleep through the night' - it's a revelation, a solid, heavy pillow which I would suggest everyone tries - love it.

I tested the Una Latex Pillow. It is difficult for me to find the right pillow as I prefer my pillow to be super thin. The Una Latex Pillow is perfect for me because it has two pads inside. I removed the thicker pad and used that as a back cushion on my chaise sofa. The thinner pad is the one I use to sleep on. I took to it straight away and love it. I feel good knowing that it is 100% organic. My partner is sleeping with both pads inside his pillow and he highly recommends it. We are both very happy and are getting a great nights sleep. The Mattress is great .. takes a while to get use to it at first but after about two weeks was great all my lower back pain has gone. We ordered t pillows too but couldn’t get on with them after trying many different combinations it was either too high or two low and floppy. The customer service needs to improve had to constantly chase for updates on t status of my order but t returns procedure was hassle free. Overall great products but a needs to improve on customer service.

The mattress feels very comfortable, but the size is about 2/3cm wider than described which means that it does not look nice on the bed (it sticks over the edge). The mattras cover is also very flexible and that does not help the above problem.

We had been looking for a mattress for about a year, but after much research I stumbled across Una.
I have waited a year to see if the comfortable bliss we found when sleeping on their mattress would subside and all I can say is it has been the best money we've ever spent. So much so I bought their pillow for my husband who now sleeps like a log. Furthermore their mattresses are environmentally friendly which is a massive plus for us. Buy with absolute confidence.

Ordered the basic adult single mattress for my 10 year old daughter who is absolutely delighted with how comfortable yet supportive her bed is now.
And I am over the moon there are no awful chemicals / fumes surrounding her for 10 hours at least every night, and that this mattress is good for our planet.

We are proud owners of a super comfortable organic latex mattress. Communication with Una Organic was fine, mattress was dispatched and arrived swiftly. Our super king size mattress arrived in four boxes, instructions to build the mattress were clear and we built the mattress to our personal requirements easily.
No complaints. Our mattress is great!

We have 2 una mattresses. The double for about 2 years and the king for about 13 months. They are just so comfortable. No sag. Just perfect even after we had them for a good while now. We just moved house and they were a bit heavy to move, but i wouldn’t change them. Would always choose to buy this mattress. I don’t like buying big things online without seeing it first, so i had a few anxieties about that, but the company is really good and the communication was spot on.

Have had my Una mattress about a month now and it is wonderful. Have the pillows as well (see my review) and they continue to be the best pillow ever.

Did so much research on latex as I didn't want a synthetic latex or a 'natural latex' mattress (which, unless you check, can contain synthetic latex). Look for the GOLS accreditation.

My previous mattress was an Eve which only lasted 4 years and the foam had 'broken down' such as I was sleeping in a hollow. From what I have read, true, natural latex lasts much longer. Have had several memory foam mattresses and a Una latex is far superior.

Lovely quality. Ours came in 3 layers and have configured it soft, medium, firm with soft being on the top. Memory foam mattresses sleep hot. The Una is cooler (but I can get hot in an igloo as I am a menopausal woman). We have ours on a slatted base.

I am normally a side sleeper but am comfortable sleeping on my sides, back and front on this.

Finally, found everyone at Una extremely helpful, a very transparent company and love its ethos.

Having previously invested in a very expensive mattress from a store never undersold, we had to change it after three years and tried one of the new memory foam mattresses which didn't work either. After a lot of research we opted for an Una Organic Mattress. We had some delivery niggles due to courier (and our mistake) and Una worked with us to graciously and promptly resolve this. We've had the mattress now since October and love it. It is easy to customise and lovely to sleep on - no more back ache and no more disturbing each other when we move. As it is all natural, another benefit is that it doesn't smell of chemicals, unlike others we tried.
Una provided great customer service throughout ad the mattress is a great product - can highly recommend.

It's organic, I like the idea that it is resistant to allergens that can cause respiratory problems as with some synthetic mattresses. It is comfortable to sleep on although I think because I am just over 9st it is a little firm for my liking despite the fact that we have the configuration of firm on the bottom, medium in the middle and soft on the top. We have a divan bed base and I think this mattress would be even more comfortable if you had a spring slatted bed frame. It is great that you can configure it coming in 6 separate sections, we have the king size bed one. You can change the configuration of the mattress if one of you is of a heavier build. I also find it is better if I unzip the mattress and air the mattress on a regular basis. It is heavy but you expect that from latex being a rubber product. I think it will last a very long time. I don't find it particularly hot to sleep on, but having said that it stays warm for a a while after you have got up. One improvement I would suggest is to make the cover fully washable, which I don't think it is (I'm happy to be corrected if this is untrue) that would be the icing on the cake so to speak. But overall we are pleased with the mattress.
