C'est rare que je note un service, mais j'ai eu un souci sur une de mes applications hébergées (nextcloud) j'ai ouvert un ticket et ça a été résolu en moins de 2h (sans mettre une importance haute) ils sont toujours super réactif. Et pour le service global l’interface est très intuitive et la gestion des application simple et efficace.
Et très peux de souci (Une fois une maintenance quand je voulais me connecter) en plus de l'erreur sur nextcloud depuis plus d'un an chez eux

Je vois un service dispo sur le site ULTRA.CC.
Je paye pour le service via PAYPAL. Tout se passe bien, puis je reçois 30mn plus tard un mail de ULTRA.CC me disant qui finalement le service n'est pas disponible, qu'ils s'excusent, qu'ils ne peuvent rien faire mais qu'ils peuvent garder les fonds pour un prochain achat de service.... du vol, de l'arnaque ! Jamais vu ca en 25 ans d'internet. Jamais eu ce genre de problème avec d'autres sociétés de SEEDBOX. A fuir....

The performance of the servers are great, and the price is excellent for what you're getting. I've compared with other seedboxes and Ultra has better UI and app integration than most, also pretty easy to use and learn. Their customer service is also pretty fast and efficient.

Excellent retour de la part de l'équipe ultra cc. Réponse aux questions et désir de nous satisfaire le plus rapidement possible.
Seul bémol, site ultra complet, mais difficile à aborder pour des besoins précis. Bon, je n'ai pas encore fait de demande pour une aide d'installation. Je vais voir à ce moment-là ;)

Migration d'un serveur demandé : 24h nouveau serveur en place, fonctionnel et prix attractif !

48 hours downtime. support doesn't have a clue about what is going on. doesn't have an ETA, doesn't know if data was lost. keep us in the dark and just says: thank you for your patience. well... time to move to another place that might not be overselling.

Been using Ultracc for number of years and have been 5 stars all round everytime never an issue and quick customer service support recently went through a migration to increase my storage capacity and went flawless and great communication through the whole process. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
