Basically ignored my ticket by saying they can't reproduce it.

The support staff were quick to reply and very helpful in assisting me getting everything setup and resolving any issues I had. They were also pleasant as well. Great service.

Cela fait maintenant 5 ans que j'utilise les services d'Ultra.cc, et je n'ai jamais été déçu. L'interface est extrêmement claire et intuitive, la documentation est très bien faite (ce qui facilite grandement la prise en main), et la qualité globale est toujours au rendez-vous.
En cas de besoin, le support est d'une efficacité redoutable : les rares soucis que j'ai pu rencontrer ont toujours été réglés en moins de deux heures. Je recommande ce service les yeux fermés !

I've used a lot of server hosts. By far ultra.cc is going to be the one I stick with. The turn around on my server upgrade, the communication during it, making sure that everything migrated properly has been outstanding especially for the prices.

I'm new to the world of seedboxes and Ultra.cc have been really great, They're support has been excellent with really fast responses. I recently upgraded my service with them and they took care of all the migrations and have been super helpful throughout. I can't find any fault with their customer service at all.

Pricing is very good as are the services the provide. Their service just works and it works well.

Have had Zero issues in 2 years. They have extensive clearly written documentation online that answers just about any question I had. I just did an Upgrade in service and it was so easy I was expecting a problem but nope. Absolutely seamless! Sorry I held off upgrading as I needed it some time ago.
Am very happy with their service.

Been using Ultra service for over five years now and recently upgraded.
Installed some services and ran into a problem.
They are FAST in replying and explaining.
The hosting service provided is super fast and stable, what do you need more ?
Ah... a good price ? Well, they have it !

Stable service, but if something goes wrong, fast support. Price/value top. Im with them for 7 years already and dont plan to switch.
