Would have to go with a solid 3 instead of a 5. I have used Ultra.cc for several years and have subscribed to a lot of their services. Their customer service has always been great, but sadly I ran into an issue when I cancelled my seedbox. I had forgotten to turn off autopay on paypal for my monthly subscription. As soon as I got the notification that it had auto-paid, I contacted them and asked them for a refund. I actually hadn't even used the seedbox in several weeks as I had ported everything over to a new vps. Unfortuntately, even after explaining what had happened, they would not make a policy exception. It was disappointing to say the least and I'm absolutley at fault for not having cancelled the box outright. That being said, after having spent $1500+ over the last couple years on their services, it's hard not to feel a little bit slighted.

I've been with ultra.cc for a year now, and I had to switch servers to get more storage space. Within 24 hours, they migrated all my data and software so I didn't have to do a thing. It went perfectly, and even when I had a minor connection issue after the migration, they resolved it in just a few minutes. Their support is truly incredible, the prices are low, and their servers are very reliable.
