Very poor support, unresolved access issues, and lack of accountability

My experience with YouStable has been extremely disappointing, primarily due to poor support, unresolved technical issues, and lack of ownership from their team.

We faced a critical issue where we were unable to SSH into the server even after resetting the password and restarting the machine multiple times. The problem persisted for hours without any concrete resolution. Despite repeated follow-ups, the responses were slow and mostly generic, such as asking us to try incognito mode or raise a support ticket, which did not help in resolving the issue.

There were also ongoing server problems, including website downtime and 500 errors. At one point, the system was not accessible at all, which significantly impacted our operations.

From a security standpoint, there were concerning observations around abnormal server activity, including high CPU usage and continuous external network connections from background processes. While this was attributed to application-level issues, there was no thorough investigation, clear explanation, or reassurance provided regarding data safety.

Communication from the team was inconsistent. There was no clear ownership of the issue, and coordination between support and engineering appeared weak. Even basic troubleshooting required constant follow-ups from our side.

Additionally, the experience with sales and renewal was equally poor. There was no response on calls or messages when trying to discuss continuation of the service.

Overall, the service lacked reliability, responsiveness, and professionalism. Due to the absence of resolution and support, we decided not to continue with YouStable.

We would like to clarify that the service opted by you was an Unmanaged VPS, wherein our scope of support is limited to infrastructure-level assistance, including server uptime, network availability, and node stability. Configuration, application performance, security hardening, and access management (including SSH configuration) fall under the client’s responsibility as per standard unmanaged hosting policies.

Regarding the SSH access concern, our team verified that the server and network were operational from the infrastructure side. Issues related to login access, credential handling, or server-side configurations generally arise due to OS-level or security settings, which are outside the scope of unmanaged support. However, our team still made best-effort attempts to guide you with possible checks and next steps.

With respect to the high CPU usage and background activity observed on the server, our investigation indicated that the load was being generated by application-level processes. As this falls under client-managed configurations, we recommended reviewing application scripts, worker settings, and security practices. We understand that a more structured explanation could have been helpful here, and we take this as feedback to improve our communication clarity.

We also acknowledge your concerns regarding response time and coordination. While our team did respond and attempted to assist within policy boundaries, we agree that the experience could have been more streamlined and ownership-driven. Your feedback has been shared internally to strengthen our support processes and communication standards.

On the security aspect, we strongly advise all users of unmanaged services to follow best practices such as secure credential management, firewall implementation, and server hardening to avoid any potential risks.

My experience with the DaElite plan from youstable.

I purchased the daElite plan for several months, with a renewal every six months. When I bought it, I thought it was great—good, attractive, and inexpensive. However, it seems I bought it during a transition period for Youstable, and during the time we had the lease agreement with them, we experienced the following problems:
- DNS resolution issues: If you hosted a domain with them, their infrastructure would sometimes fail and display a "DNS PROBE" error message from any browser.

- Unpredictable and inaccurate billing: During the lease, I noticed erratic billing; sometimes you pay more, sometimes a little less, or sometimes they send a large bill that you supposedly can't ignore.

- Problems with "DirectAdmin": In the last few months of the contract, Youstable seems to have performed maintenance, leaving me without service for at least two days.

Today I need good hosting and although I have experienced these problems I still consider them my first option, however I am a little afraid to think that my website will not be available for several days without notice or that kind of thing.

Worse hosting provider. Their other businesses like googiehost, qloudhost, rdp servers and codingbrackets all are scam, they are "fraud".

Generate invoice without any real payment. Irritating marketing call. They are slow. No answers to query.

Founder is ridiculous, rude and egoist once he get the money.

Guys go for other hosting providers.

My friend worked here, he told me that he was pressurized to write fake reviews about them on reddit, quora. And because of this cheap marketing tactic, people do not know about them, despite them being 10+ year old.

They are a scamming hosting company

They are a scamming hosting company, that will generate invoices despite having no services or products with them.

Furthermore, their website is completely useless like their client portal is.

You can also tell they are a scamming company that paid for bots to leave fake reviews, all of their reviews that is positive, are made by bot accounts that literally only made 1 review in total.

They do not offer 24/7 support

They do not offer 24/7 support. If any problem comes up, no one answers, and when they finally do, they don’t solve anything. The support team is terrible and doesn’t even have basic knowledge to solve hosting issues. I’ve been unable to access my hosting for 11 days; supposedly it’s “maintenance.” They don’t reply to emails, they don’t reply on WhatsApp, they don’t want to provide any solution or response. They also won’t offer any compensation for what happened. I understand that you don’t care about leaving me without the service, which I clearly paid for and was not given for free. Switching to Youstable was definitely the worst decision in 2025.

Reliable, High Performance, Budget friendly

We have been using the YouStable dedicated server for 11 months. Initially I purchased a basic configuration, but after, as per our need, we upgraded it. So from initial to today, we are getting uninterrupted and stable server and network performance. Before this, we were using another company's server. but because of server and network problems, we have switched to youstable. But now we can say that because of YouStable server, we are out of fear regarding server issues. So I am happy with YouStable server and service and especially thanks to our Youstable server support person, "Isha Pandye.".
