I placed an order on July 4 and I still have not received it. Apparently the shipping company that is being used doesn’t have a very good tracking system so I can’t track the package I have. Now run out of the dog food and I have to go and buy it at a local pet shop. You should recon seriously consider another shipper. I’ve received packages from China in less time. Not very impressed with your company. I will have to reconsider whether I go forward with the subscription.

My dog Marley absolutely loves the freeze- dried food. I think that the Chicken flavor is her favorite because the chicken teats "disappear" in no time. She will not eat any other "kibble". When Marley's freeze dried food ran out it looked like she would rather "starve" than eat other food. We had to give her food scraps and wet cat food until her order came.

I think the food is great. My dogs on the other hand have totally quit eating the food.

First class service and great products. Been purchasing this product for several months and my 2 dogs just loved it. They use to be difficult to feed.( they are bichon and very picky). Now it is a charm. They jump up and down when it’s time to eat. They also have a lot more energy. They are 9 years old but they started playing again. Lot more energy. Thanks for a great product

Initially, my Aussie, 5yr female, like the product as I had gotten the variety pack with an additional three bags of beef flavor. I noticed that she began to turn up her nose, so to speak, after the second beef bag. I figured that it was because our Aussie pup had different food. So, we mixed a little puppy kibble in her food too.

I reordered another batch of food but, somehow missed getting the mixed flavors in the three bag order but, thought “Hey, there a promotional order for six bags, I will just mix flavors in that batch”. Nope, that opportunity wasn’t offered. So, when I noticed the error, I asked to cancel the order. Wow! That shipment was out the door in record time and I would need a return authorization plus pay shipping to return it.

So, I will offer my older dog the food for as long as she will take it. After that, I will gift the remainder to a neighbor or a shelter and cancel my account.

Thanks for letting try the product but, this taster declined the product after a few weeks.

Pet is dancing for the food and consuming total. Now more energetic, playful with shine to her coat. She’s six plus years old, and acts like a puppy.

My mini goldendoodle, henry , will actually eat all his food now . He's healthy and happy . Thanks for developing an excellent dog food .

Bernie is happy with the food provided but he says your delivery agent sucks .. the worst delivery service listed on google. Im handicapped and they literally dropped it outside fence close to mailbox and street. I have a video of the driver tossing pkg to the ground but, if they had any sense and eyes, they would see i have a 40 ft ramp going down in opposite direction from where they dropped pkg

Our dogs have been taking nutra thrive for a few years now. For us it's been one of those things like us humans taking vitamins. We may not show dramatic changes but we know it's good for us. Our Aussies are now 6 and 7 and continue to have good checkups and bloodwork showing that they are healthy and have no issues. We consider it to be preventative care and they will continue to get their Nutra thrive every day.

Mollie loves the food. I hoping within the next couple of weeks we’ll see some improvement with her scratching & chewing on her legs.

Again the delivery was late. Amazon has a difficult time getting my kids (3 small dogs) there food to them and for that reason and the price I will be cancelling our future orders.

Shipping was good, and packaging is very good. The Nutra Complete arrived in good condition. We use this product as a topper to Lizzie’s other food. She eats it as her appetizer:-)!

the dogs really liked the foods taste. I kept hearing about the dangers of kibble I was looking for an alternative so I tried your dog food, I liked the way its processed so there were no ages. but I'm retired and have two dogs the expense was too great to continue with your food. so I've been looking for a cheaper way. thanks for your product its just too much for me.

Our dog is an adopted Yorkshire Terrier about 4 years old. She prefers your chicken variety more than beef. Mixed reviews on 'acceptance' and sometimes will not finish portions made. I use small portions (3 Tbls) protein (simmered chicken thighs, plain sauteed ground turkey, or plain sauteed ground beef) as 'toppers' to enhance flavor of dry food. That helps. She has totally rejected the 'chews' I ordered, so am returning those for credit. I may need to return beef dry food packages if she does not do better on those. She doesn't seem to like the flavor.

Nutra Complete has been an excellent main source of nutrition for my little dogs. They have shiny coats and eyes, plus plenty of energy. They seem to digest it well. I would like to see a lamb product too and venison, for even more variety! Keep up the great work!

We have 2 dogs that eat your food and they both go crazy over it. So far they have eaten the chicken and beef flavors and enjoy them both. Generally I mix them together and that satisfies them both.

Great with correction of my order. When I received the shipment, I gave my Manny his first serving, he eaten it without a lot of fanfare. He would eat a few nuggets at a time, and eventually emptied the bowl, his second bowl is still mostly full. Not sure if he doesn't like it or if it fills him up to quickly.

Our silky gets very excited when I start preparing the food. She can’t wait to start eating. The morkie doesn’t get so excited. He usually lets it sit for a couple of hours before eating. Then he scarfs it. Sometimes I entice it with the chicken breast treats and he eats it right away.

My little Pom, Gracie, would eat NOTHING due to my late husband feeding her table scraps. I tried to get him to stop but he did it anyway. Now that I'm alone with Gracie it's hard to get her to eat dog food. I tried EVERYTHING, even the Farmer's Dog. No dice! She wouldn't eat anything. Then I saw Rob Lowe's endorsement of Ultimate Pet and I tried it. What had I to lose?
A few days later the box arrived. Gracie came running as soon as I opened one of the bags! She couldn't get enough of the little nuggets. That was weeks ago and she won't eat anything else!!! Seven years of people food and now REAL DOG FOOD. She loves it. It may cost a little more but if she eats it and it is good for her, it's worth every cent. She's family and I want her to be happy and healthy.
