My dog is a very picky eater!! And she just loves nutra complete beef flavor!! Every time I go to open a new bag she acts like a puppy eager to get at her food bowl!!

The food is great, a little on the expensive side, but both our dogs love it.
The issue I have is, I signed up to receive 3 bags a month, (I wanted 4 but the subscription doesn't offer 4) and this is the 4 month and they didn't send my subscription. I can't get a response through email and I'm not sure why it stopped.

We have a 6 pound Shi tzu who is very fussy. He would not eat your food and we found it much too hard for a small dog.

I’ve been ordering the Nutra Complete for over a year. I placed an order in September and received it about 10 days later. (Their shipping policy says 2-7 days, which never happens). The food was rancid and it nauseated me to the point that I got sick. I contacted them and gave them the lot number. They would not expedite the order. They’ve said it’s because their shipper contract doesn’t allow it (Right!). So, I actually received the order within six days. And guess what? It’s also rancid and the lot number is the same! I call this morning and of course the previous exchanges with the rep showed no mention of the lot number. Imagine that. So, this rep is looking to find another lot. When she did I requested an overnight or 2-day delivery. And of course, they can’t do that. This is incredible. So, I canceled my order and they are refunding my payment. She didn’t seem at all bothered by the fact that they lost a customer! Also, they continually run out of food and the waiting period gets even longer than 10 days. I think they’re having issues that could do them in. Don’t invest in this shady business.

I have been purchasing my 2 dogs food from you for quite a while.
I put in an order a couple of months ago without any results.
I finally called because I was down to 1/4 bag and was informed you can’t ship to Canada and you are cancelling my subscription.
Not one customer service person sent out an email or call to let me know of this. Do you really value your customers or is it because I live in Canada.
Extremely poor customer service and now I have to search for a food my finicky dogs will eat.

I have a picky eater! She never wanted breakfast, sometimes dinner wasn’t till 10PM and half the time we were spoon feeding her! Treats? Oh yeah that’s all she’s interested in! My husband saw Nutra Complete! Finally two meals a day and with excitement!

My dogs love the product...that's what made me a believer.

My dog seems to love the food as long as it doesn't get too mushy waiting for him to eat. He does have a lot more energy, especially as a two year old. I still struggle with the cost of the food, but I still think it is the best alternative to dry kibble.

My dogs won’t chew on your sticks. When I asked for a refund they said they would offer 30% refund or I could ship it back at my expense. I will do that BUT I have been a long time customer and purchased hundreds of dollars of your products and shared with many people who also now buy your products.

I thought you guaranteed your products.

I don’t think I will ever order from your company again.

My first thought was, its very expensive, but I'll try it. I have two Daschunds and they go nuts for this food. They jump all over us when it's feeding time and gobble it up so fast I'm afraid they are going to choke, but they don't. I have never seen them act like this for any other food except wet food in individual packages, which is also expensive to serve every day and probably dosn't have the vitamins and good stuff that your has. We Love this food, even though it's a stretch on our budget.

My dogs do really love your food. My problem is that I inherited three dogs from my daughter adding those 3 to my existing 2, so now I am feeding 5 dogs. I use your food as a topper because I truly can't afford to feed them all just your product but at least they are getting some great nutrients. The dogs really do love your food.

My dog loves this food! I put her other food in the bowl then a large handful of Ultimate. She absolutely noses through till she ate all the Ultimate then quit. She loves it so I’m happy!

Everything ready for a quick delivery

First of all Tulla loves the Chicken flavor. It took awhile for her digestive tract to adapt but she has been doing great for the last 3 weeks. Lots of energy and very happy. We are happy we made the switch.

Unfortunately, I can’t get my dog to eat much of this. AND… I keep getting more boxes of it. Yesterday I received 2 boxes… equals 4 more bags.

Ginger is doing better with her bowel movements.

Easy to get and my dog loves the food much better than my cooking.

I haven't received it yet. It is on backorder, so my dogs haven't experienced it yet.

Bentley doesn’t eat the dog food and I don’t want to buy it and it is piling up! I know it is the best, I can buy. but have decided to cook chicken and veggies fresh. Thanks.
