My little Pom, Gracie, would eat NOTHING due to my late husband feeding her table scraps. I tried to get him to stop but he did it anyway. Now that I'm alone with Gracie it's hard to get her to eat dog food. I tried EVERYTHING, even the Farmer's Dog. No dice! She wouldn't eat anything. Then I saw Rob Lowe's endorsement of Ultimate Pet and I tried it. What had I to lose?
A few days later the box arrived. Gracie came running as soon as I opened one of the bags! She couldn't get enough of the little nuggets. That was weeks ago and she won't eat anything else!!! Seven years of people food and now REAL DOG FOOD. She loves it. It may cost a little more but if she eats it and it is good for her, it's worth every cent. She's family and I want her to be happy and healthy.

Beware of poor delivery or non- delivery. Quality of food outweighed by rudeness and attitude of the customer service representative
My recent order was delivered to wrong address. But this rude customer service person said that she doesn’t know the shipper and can’t contact them. She suggested that I look for the house number shown in her photo.
I’m supposed to locate the address when it’s their shipper who made the mistake? After consistently talking over me, instead of listening to me, the customer, she said she can ship another pkg. I hung up and cancelled the subscription. Still waiting for a confirmation.

The freeze-dried raw dog food I’ve been feeding my female German Shepherd Nutra Complete Premium Beef Recipe has made a visible difference in her looks and health. She absolutely loves the food and the dog treats especially Canine Fresh dental chews. My only issue is their delivery service. It’s very slow and sometimes never gets to you. However it just takes a phone call to customer service to let them know you didn’t get the product and they look into order to see what the problem is, once that’s confirmed they refund you your money immediately. So…great products and great service from a great company and staff at Ultimate Pet Nutrition.

Mainly the fact that this is the only food she actually eats, and she’s almost 6 years old! It’s easy to feed, and she gobbles it up!

The product is great. Getting it here is a different story. Still waiting on my 2nd order. Keeps getting delayed

Ordering on the phone is easy and convenient. The receptionist is always pleasant and knowledgeable. Turn around time is speedy.

My Great Pyrenees, that is so picky, loves it. Cleans her bowl! She has never done that before and she is 8 years old!
Why we made the switch is because she was have loose stools and having vomiting episodes to the point of a convulsion due to dehydration! It was scary! So her digestion is all great now! It’s a struggle for me financially she’s over 100 pounds! But I can’t have her sick !!

My 18 month toy poodle has finally found a food that she absolutely loves. I am so happy and so is she.

Besides the products being so expnsive, even with subscription the pups are not doing well. Throwing up and diariah and when I ordered the next shipment it never came on time.

I wish I had known before ordering that this product had reactions with the antiseizure meds my dog is on, being epileptic. Now I have to pay for the freight to return.

My dog who is a finicky eater loves the freeze dried raw beef and pork dogfood by Ultimate Pet Nutrition. The very first day I opened the bag he ran to the kitchen begging for it. Ever since, he runs to his bowl and chows down on the food. I used to add toppers to his food but now I need not. The food, with bone broth to wet it, is all he wants.

Very heavy package was delivered to post office instead of to my home. It was inconvenient for me to pick it up at post office, carry it to my car, and carry into my house. I expected home delivery. I will not reorder.

Customer service agent friendly, helpful and genuinely concerned. The product is good for my 6lb, 11 yr old chihuahua. I’ve seen a difference in his activity to the way he walks. I would like to make a suggestion, can you do a multi pack order? I was ordering the steak and now chicken as a topper for my pups meals. Since the food lasts him quite a while (3 bags of the same item) I think he’d like different versions sometimes.

Its a shame that you guys came up with such a wonderful but can't seem to get it delivered to your customers but you keep their money anyway. Even after repeated calls to your customer service where you recorded the call and I recorded the call.with you telling me my bag had been lost in transit and that you would be refunding that bag ( which YOU DID NOT DO) and also sending me a free bag. (STILL HAVENT RECEIVED.) My dog loved the food and we spend a lot.of money on things she likes but I Will not spend this much money for a little 16oz bag that doesn't last you a week for over thirty bucks and then not even receive the product. Pathetic customer service... and i do mean PATHETIC! Word of mouth will put this company under because the product itself decent and the dog loved it.

My dog is a very icky eater except when it comes to your food. He loves it.

YOUR PRODUCT HAS TOO MUCH KIBBLE DUST. IN A ONE LB PKG THERE IS AT LEAST 1/4 CUP KIBBLE DUST WHICH CAUSES DOGS TO SNEESE AND HAVE BLOODY NOSES AND VET VISITS. YOUR PRODUCT IS GOOD JUST GET RID OF THE DUST OR PEOPLE WILL START SENDING YOU THE VET BILL. I WOULD LIKE A REPLY TO THIS. NORMA CAMPBELL 408-559-7379

My dog just loves your food. He is not a picky eater but he "attacks" his bowl now. It brings out the Jack Russell in him.
