DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!
I urge any potential users of this website to read this and other similar reviews. It is true that some people receive goods they buy from this company. However, it’s a lottery. I bought 8 bottles of champagne for £427 and it was never delivered, no emails were responded to, the phone is never answered, the company addresses are essentially PO Boxes.
I asked my bank to instigate the chargeback scheme. This company had the audacity to dispute that and claim to have sent the goods. A week later I had my money back.
These people try and take money from innocent people without supplying goods. Avoid at all costs and tell all your friends and family to do the same.

Watch out for this bunch. A load of horrendous reviews made after numerous orders not fulfilled. Now a dump of 5* reviews within the last few days.

Still waiting on an order I made in early December which I was told had been dispatched and would arrive before Christmas. The carrier did not receive the package and even went to try and pick the package up again at my request.

Tried calling Ultimate drinks numerous times with no reply, sent two emails, again with no reply even asking for a refund. Had to go through my bank to stop the payment.

Still no contact from them and no sign of my order but now they are trying to get the money off me when no goods have been received. They'll try to lay the blame at the door of parcel force (as one review below tries to) but don't believe it.

Left previous review. still no delivery. ordered at the end of November . nearly end of January now. Still no delivery. Doubt it will arrive.
Don't place any orders with them. You will never receive it. They just take your money.

My last review was removed. Spent a lot of money with this company at start of December. Never received the order. No response via email or phone calls. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Awful service. Sent the bottle back for a return in the beginning of December, still no refund nearly 2 months later and no response from the phones are email !!

I placed and order on the 29th Dec 2021 and haven't received my order yet, which was over £100. I've emailed but have just got an automated response and I have tried to call the phone number but there is no reply. Awful customer service, do not buy from this company!

Do not order from this company. I spent £135 on whiskey in December. No delivery, no contact and cannot get through on the phone. In the process of trying to get a refund and reporting to trading standards!

Ordered drinks worth £89.90 on 21st December money taken on the day. So far no delivery. I have emailed and filled in the contact form on the website still no reply. I have also tried the phone number multiple times no pick up. I think I will have to cancel my order and get my bank to refund me. I would not mind if its delayed as long as there was some contact from the company.

Having made an order for a Christmas gift in early December and paid for express delivery, the item never arrived. Despite repeated attempts to contact the company by email and phone and later demanding a refund, I have had to go through my bank to retrieve the money spent. Still no contact from them.

Spent a lot of money ordering wine on 11th December for Christmas which has never arrived. Have emailed them 5 times now with no response and tried calling the phone number loads of times at different days and times no one ever answers. Seems like a Scam company, they are taking money and not sending orders. HOW CAN WE GET OUR MONEY BACK? THEY NEED REPORTING TO TRADING STANDARDS

Avoid this company at all costs, placed an order on 19th December and decided to send an email asking where it was. Only thing I got back was email stating they had lots of people off with COVID. No mention of when the order will be processed so I decided to cancel my order via email and got nothing back. Tried ringing and nothing, all I can say is avoid this company as they are clearly a joke and just want your money.

I placed an order on 4th November and have still not received anything. I have tried e-mailing and calling but to no avail. I wish I had read the other reviews before purchasing.
If the product was unavailable then that is fine but please provide a refund!!

I ordered a bottle of Gordons Orange Gin for a Christmas gift. It was priced at £18.50 plus £5.50 postage and packing(which I thought a little excessive). When it arrived it was a little time before I could gift wrap it, but when I got the bottle out the packaging it had blazoned round the neck of the bottle £16.49 a difference of £2.01 also I could not remove the price label without damaging the seal, so in consequence could not give it as a gift. I managed to source some quickly from elsewhere at £18 plus £2.99 postage and packing and it came in the same type of bubble bottle container. No I shall not be using Ultimate Drinks again.!

Dispatch took quite a while for a product that was in stock.

Delivery late. Issue with delivery address but I stated it just 3 units on site is it that difficult. No phone call no nothing. This people know how to ruin the Xmas!!!! Ridiculous

Items ordered weeks ago and have never arrived. Chase numerous times by email and phone. No replies or repsonse at all. Avoid!!!!!

The item was as ordered and well packaged but arrived late and had no contact from them even though I sent multiple emails.
