bought 2 mousepads from this company both came within the time span of 2-3 weeks customer service is amazing they keep you updated as much as possible and reassure you the whole way only problem is that the tracking page can be a little bit buggy and not update you on where it is but there is a warning alr about that all together an AMAZING COMPANY I DO RECOMMEND.

Love they made my custom pad with a picture that I had in my library that was going to put on a tshirt, but the mouse pad made it more enjoyable. Thank you Ultimate Custom Mouse Pad.

Super kommunikation med Jordan igennem næsten hele forløbet. Der var nogle dage hvor track n trace var gået i stå og hvor Jordan ikke svarede, hvor man lige når at blive nervøs - men så vendte han tilbage og fik problemet fikset.

Produktet er super og det lykkedes Jordan at få et billede i en beskeden opløsning og ditto farveprofil til at se virkelig godt ud. Og med rabatkode osv var det en billig omgang. Eneste man skal være opmærksom på er at måtten er lidt mere ru end man måske er vant til fra en gaming måtte.

Levering tog cirka en måned, hvilket jeg også havde forventet, den tager jo trods alt en tur fra Kina.

The company contacted me to check that I was happy with the bespoke design. When I asked for a slight change, they did this quickly, and the finished result looks really good.

Ordered a large mouse mat before Xmas. After submitting the order I got a quick response within a couple hours. Once all the details were confirmed they advised the order was being sent to their printing center. It took a couple weeks, but I received it within the estimated window and the print is beautiful. Not only that, but the mouse tracking on it is good too. I'd seen some reviews of other custom mouse mat sites having nice prints but poor mouse tracking. Thankfully, that was not the case with UCMP.

There was a problem though. During the ordering process I'd requested black stitching instead of the site's typical clear stitching. Which was accepted and confirmed by UCMP that I would receive. But as beautiful as the print was when it arrived, it arrived with clear stitching. Now I know some people are going to think, it's just stitching, it's not a big deal. And while I agree with that to a point, we are also talking about a big expensive mouse mat. If you're going to pay 50 quid for a mouse mat, you kind of expect to get what you order.

Now I'm a firm believer that no business nor customer can always have a 100% perfect experience, every time, with every transaction. It's just not possible. Unintentional mistakes will happen from time to time. So it doesn't matter to me if an issue occurs in general. What matters to me more is how a company handles the issue once it is reported. And on that front, UCMP handled the issue perfectly.

Once reported, they contacted me back within a couple days (I posted on a Friday, they responded the following Monday. Typical weekend delay, but not unreasonable.) and confirmed the issue after checking some details and immediately offered a reprint. Now honestly, it was just the stitching to be fair. So personally I probably would've accepted a partial refund if they had offered it as an alternative. Especially since it was by this point a couple days before Christmas, meaning the intended gift would miss the big day because it takes a couple weeks for these mouse mats to travel. But I was completely happy with the offer of a reprint with the correct stitching, so I accepted.

In my opinion, this was a perfect response and handling of a reported issue. It was quick, respectful, and I wasn't forced to jump through a bunch of unreasonable hoops to resolve what was a simple issue. We missed the Xmas window, but it's not that big of a deal. They still got the gift in the end, even if they had to wait a few extra days.

The replacement arrived in perfect condition with a beautiful print and with the correct stitching this time.
Fair warning though, they seem to build up quit a bit of static in their travels. Both mats zapped me a little taking them out of the packaging on arrival.

The product is great. The customer service and communication is great. I'm a happy customer and I will order from Ultimate Custom Mouse Pads again in the future.

Absolutely amazing service from mr Jordan, very helpful and reliable staff working 24/7 on their website to provide guidance to the customers, very helpful in terms of giving information and helping me understand some stuff that i was not completely aware of. Regarding the mousepad itself, they use a technology that accurately scales the provided image with the scale of your mousepad so it doesn't look blurry, im gonna be honest i did have my doubts about it but as soon as the mousepad arrived i was actually pretty flabbergasted considering the quality, it is smooth and comfortable, and also one more thing i like about it is that you can wash it without worrying about the image/quality deteriorating, i used laundry powder and warm water, it works, i used dishsoap and normal soap, it works, nothing less of amazing service and quality, would reccomend!

Buying from this site was truly a great experience due in large part to the customer service that Jordan provided to me.
First off my original image was too small and Jordan reached out to me and explained the situation and gave me the opportunity to choose a different image. Once I selected a new image it was narrow and would have had some flaws being printed onto a mouse pad. Jordan made edits to the image taking my feedback and ensuring that my order was exactly what I wanted. I will be ordering again, if not only because of how valued Jordan made me feel as a customer.

Such a user friendly site! I had no issue uploading my photo and picking the options I wanted. The team on the other side is so kind. The image I uploaded had a slight gradient which was me trying to make the image long enough, and they smoothed the image out without me even asking, sent me a proof back, which I happily approved! The service is fast, and easy, and wonderful! I highly recommend them! I bought 2 mousepads (one I was trying it out and then went for the bigger one with lights around the edges, which looks awesome by the way) and I recommended them to my husband who also purchased one, and loves it. I also think the prices are fair, especially given the state of things right now.
