The team was able to take an image I provided, tweak it ever so slightly (remove a blue and add date), and generate a high quality custom mousepad. I got a larger size than I'm used to and can't go back.

I have to give the mousepad 5 stars. The image is excellent, crisp, great resolution. I chose a screenshot from one of my favorite video games (RDR2) and it came out awesome. I also opted for the lighting around the perimeter of the pad and it is very nice as well. The only thing that I wish for is that they’d had more options for a thicker mouse pad. I like mine very thick, and this one is just a tiny bit less than optimal thickness - but I won’t deduct stars for that cause it’s just my personal preference.

All in all a great mousepad just as I wanted it. 2 negative things that I would like to mention and are the reason I didnt rate with 5 stars: 1) there is a thin pocket of air between the upper and the lower part of the mousepad, 2) the mousepad is not very sticky on the bottom side, which can cause it to move a bit during a session despite its big size. However, I would definitely recommend it and as I said great mousepad overall, especially for its price.

Honestly super cool for international shipping. And the ordering process is super easy if you pay attention to the order requirements like image size and everything. If not they do it for you. Not the worst price either. Hands down a really good operation for your loved ones gifts :)
