Great purchases for my kids who need computers for school. We really wanted to avoid crappy, cheap computers, but could not really afford 2 x new laptops. So this was a great approach, and they are top-notch and working well after a few months of usage now. Fast delivery, and good service.

Easy to order. Questions were answered promptly in the chat box. Great deal on the laptop. Laptop arrived in two days of order. Computer was east to setup.

This isn't my first time buying off Thunder Store, honest seller and provides quality used laptops.

Great value for high spec refurbished laptops

This is my 2nd purchase in Thunder Store. I received the Dell Monitor in 3 days, very well packaged, with all wires. The Monitor is in excellent condition: base and screen. Alex assistance was clear and supportive.
I recommend Thunder Store.

Very Professional store. Accurate, fair and reasonable description of the item and its current condition. I am very happy with my purchase and the manner in which it was packaged for delivery. Used a quality and reliable delivery service, so Full Marks on all the important things from me.

Laptop arrived very well packaged, and seems to work as expected. Haven't worked out how to transfer old files over (a little basic instruction sheet could be helpful).
I thought it was supposed to be signed for on arrival, but was posted Non signature, so was just sitting on my doorstep.

I have purchased a desk top and laptops from this store and have been more than happy with the goods.

Great communication - helpful and prompt. Helped me with my questions and led me to deciding which of the two options I'd selected were best for my intended usage. Product is as described, no problems experienced. Would recommend.
