Excellent

Excellent, accurate and fast communication (even on the weekend!). As usual (this is my 3rd purchase), the computer was super well packaged and arrived promptly.

Hi Leomhel De La Cruz, you have first contacted us about your purchase of desktop bundle on Saturday March 23 advising that there is no signal on the monitor. You have also advised that computer makes 3 short beeps followed by 1 long beep which seems to be a memory issue. We have replied to you that this happens during poor courier handlings and it will be an easy fix. Even though we pack it with lots of bubble wraps and extra inflatable cushions these things happen rarely and we asked to provide a photo of the warranty sticker from the computer box so we can send you video guide how to easily fix the issue. You haven't replied to this email and no communication from you have followed afterwards. Now suddenly you have left this review talking about your friend and 2 hrs drive where if you have communicated back to us we would provide you with 5-minute video guide how to fix the issue. Since there is still no communication from you I assume that the PC is working perfectly fine now? Regards, Alex.

I have been keeping an eye out for a…

I have been keeping an eye out for a touch screen laptop for sometime as a personal computer. Several businesses were on my radar but thunderstore was not one I knew. When the add popped up I checked it out and everything I wanted was available. The fact that pix are of the model they are selling was the clincher I knew it was the best choice for me. The lil vid about packing huge bonus, informed each step, track n trace and it arrived exactly 2 days later. Thanks for the great service

Bought a “gaming pc”

Bought a “gaming pc”, which couldn’t even surf the internet without freezing up let alone game, basic opening of different windows was very difficult.
Did a health check on the pc with its own hp program, which stated the processor wasn’t compatible with Windows 11.
The technician did offer some advice which we tried in the end got us nowhere.
We were told as the pc was in their opinion “in working order” when it left the store.
( Which I find hard to believe as we had installed no more than 3 programs and had a great internet connection yet the pc still froze and was slow ).
we had to pay a admin and restocking fee for a “change of mind” policy,
which we did in the end as the Company seems more interested in blaming the customer rather than accepting responsibility.

Incorrect I didn’t 2 antivirus installed.
I never installed Mcaffe and it didn’t show up under the list of installed programs. I said it was an annoying popup not that it was installed. I had however installed Norton, Steam and attempted to install Age of Empires 2 which I gave up as it was very slow, I then uninstalled everything following the technicians advice.
I allowed a few days for both Onedrive and my microsoft account to sync.
Unfortunately The pc was still not performing as per my previous reply when i said we followed the technicians advice to no avail.
Which confirms the processor and OS compatibility as the issue not the 3 programs I installed, or my “corrupt” microsoft account, ( which i still use on my Xbox and laptop ).

Hi Izold, you have purchased "budget roblox gaming pc" for 336.75 NZD which was tested with roblox game only. We are sorry it is not working fast enough to your expectations. We have done pre-shipment tests before sending it and it was working as expected without any lagging or freezing. We have installed latest Windows 11 updates without any issues before sending it out.

When you first contacted us we discovered that you had 2 antiviruses installed McAfee and Norton at the same time blaming us in doing so. We have advised several times that we didn't install this software. Our technician believed that the issue was with your Microsoft account. When you signed in under your Microsoft account it started syncing all the applications you had installed and if you profile is corrupted it can cause issues with PC performance. You also advised that you have installed Steam and tried to install a few games. It is possible that this free antivirus got installed during Steam installation or when you install other games via Steam (you have to untick a box during the installation that you don't want this software to be installed together with Steam or other games). We have advised you to uninstall unnecessary software and also check OneDrive if it's syncing which can cause additional performance issues.

However after trying to sort the issue out you got back to us and advised that you want to return this PC because "it's not fit for purpose". We respect your decision and agreed to return the PC for refund. When you make a purchase on our website you agree to our policy which we have in place to cover our expenses such us shipping cost, Afterpay fees which do not get refunded to us, setup and list the PC again for sale in the event of change of mind. When you returned the PC you have reset Windows 11, so we couldn't replicate the slowness and freezing issue.
