Communication was good. The 2 men who helped with the move were so helpful. They were patient.

When they ran late, they communicated.

Definitely recommend. I have booked them in last minute for my 4 bedroom property and they were absolutely fantastic. Packed and moved us so quickly. Definitely recommended them to use.

They called the day before and claimed that the van had broken down so will only send one for the same price.

I refused and said that was a breach of contract so they sent 2 vans labelled with the company name. They explained they lied and they had doubled booked. This added un-needed stress.

The 3 removal men were fine and hard working.

When it came to pay, they price matched another company but wanted me to pay in cash which i couldn't do so they threatened to add 20% VAT on top of my bill even though this was all agreed previously that there were no additional costs.

Again adding un-needed stress to the day.

Please avoid the whole experience made moving extra stressful.

And my move from Fulham to Kensington, frankly very good workers, they take care of your equipment. I was really pleasantly surprised, it was an incredible service, they are very flexible when you have a last minute request, I highly recommend them.

Disgusting service. Late to arrive to the property, had to move all the items ourselves. The man who turned up wasn't even employed by them. Wanted extra money on the day even though the charges didn't apply. Requested someone to help but they didn't, they just stood and watched us struggle. Staff are meant to be fully trained. Quoted for a 2-3 bedroom house but didn't being a van big enough to complete the task so we have had to spend additional to get the job fully completed. Have asked for a partial refund as the service requested and quoted for was not fully provided, the only part that was, was the transportation but as mentioned earlier that was nearly 2 hours late. Will be interested to see what agreement can be reached.
What is even more they are not remorseful at the poor service at all - they are just interested in collecting your money and trying to charge you more. Anyone considering this company DO NOT DO IT.!

This is the most DISGUSTING experience I have ever had! Absolutely atrocious and complete and utter con artists! I do not know how they are still in business - it is absolutely shocking.

The owner of this business is a con artist. They will give you a price as a quote and then charge you several hundred more on the actual day. Not only that - the 'amazing' packers actually packed rubbish in the boxes that was kept in a seperate black bad to be thrown away. Not to mention the amount of damage they have done on precious items. 40% of my fragile items were broken- I have pictures as proof. What is even more they are not remorseful at all - they are just interested in eating up your money. Anyone considering this company DO NOT DO IT. Complete and utter sham!

Excellent staff!

An absolutely brilliant service. The best and most professional moving company I’ve ever hired. They went above an beyond.

The movers arrived on time, were nice and friendly, and moved everything out of the old flat and into the new one very quickly! Everything was moved with care and they even offered me a ride from one flat to the other so I wouldn't have to take longer with the tube, which was very nice of them.

Brilliant service Junk Movers moved rubble, a bath, a mattress and a lot of house hold waste. They left the area clean and tidy. Highly recommended A***** Thank you

Overall we had a good moving experience, team was enthusiastic and got everything moved on time. They had to travel a large distance so to cover that in a single day was appreciated.
There were a few small things that could be improved on, for example, being aware if mud and dirt is brought into the house (luckily I noticed and put down old sheets on the carpets). Specialised but not uncommon items, such as pianos, were also not handled in the best way and improved training on this could have been in place (especially since it was on the list of items).
Overall I recommend their service.
