I would definitely not recommend these. I was quoted a price after giving the list of furniture to move. When I saw the van there is no way my furniture would fit in it for one trip, I ended up having to pay more for a second trip. There were three guys, they did not work well, my 4 female friends moved more of the furniture than they did. They spent more time playing on their phones, or just standing around,huffing while my friends worked. They damaged my furniture and damaged walls within both properties. They made what was a stressful day even worse. I also didn't appreciate one of the guys spending the first ten minutes of the job, in my bathroom, on the toilet. Really not professional.

I wanted to take a moment to address your recent online review regarding our 3 men and van service. While we are certainly not surprised by your feedback, I feel it is important to clarify some key aspects of our interaction and the events that transpired on the day of your move.
When you booked our service, you provided us with a specific list of items, and our quote was based on that information. However, on moving day, it became evident that the number of items to be moved was significantly higher than what had initially been communicated. As we discussed prior to your booking, any additional trips or increased van usage would incur a charge of £280. This agreement was made at the time of your deposit payment.
I must express our disappointment in how the situation was handled on the day of the move. Offering our team cash to undertake extra work in a manner that is not in line with our agreed terms is simply unacceptable. This approach unfortunately led to a misunderstanding that could have been avoided. Our team's commitment to honesty and transparency is something we take great pride in, and it was disheartening to have that met with discontent.
It is indeed a pity that this incident has culminated in a negative review. Our team works tirelessly to provide reliable and quality service to all our clients, and we sincerely hope that this dedication can be recognized.
We endeavor to establish relationships with clients who share our values of integrity and transparency. While we strive to accommodate the needs of all our clients, we do not wish to work with those who prioritize shortcuts over these fundamental principles.

Asim and Nasir was hard working and good customer service. Difficult move from first floor to first floor again so no lift on both ends but they make it successfully. Arrived in the appointed time slot and ready with everything was need it.
