Amazing, Satisfactory service
Asim and Abdul were amazing! And incredibly helpful. I will highly recommend them.
Although, you should ensure to have your written evidence in text so they do not try to rip you off with the quoted price as their was a mis-communication...
1 of the mover males tried to tell me that I need to pay extra as it is the 2nd floor but luckily I corrected their mistake with the quote via email because I knew that they would try it.
I wouldn't recommend them and I will not be using them again.

UK Movers is affordable and efficient.
Nasir and Asiim were both great at their jobs. They were fast, professional, and friendly. They made the move so easy and seamless for us. They were on time and efficient.
Overall a good experience for the price.

5 star removal service start to end!
UK mover made the whole moving process seamless from start to end. The removal men were fantastic, packing everything up quickly and efficiently. They made the whole process of me moving from London to Manchester less stressful. I couldn’t recommend them enough and will definitely use in future!

Good service overall
I used UKmover's services for a move from London to Edinburgh recently, overall it was a good experience.
My driver Asim was great, very efficient and kind.
I docked points for the communication from the office, I had troubles with my quote and then on the day of the move received 0 updates on the timing of arrival on both ends, I had to call myself to enquire, it's a shame.

However, we’re sorry to learn that you were unhappy with the delivery time update and that this led to a 3-star review. Please allow us to clarify a few points.
The collection date and time were clearly provided in our booking confirmation, and the driver arrived as scheduled. Regarding the delivery timing, the journey from London to Edinburgh involves over 9 hours of driving. As you’re aware, it is difficult to guarantee precise timing over such long distances, especially with potential traffic disruptions.
On the day of your delivery, there were unexpected delays on the motorways due to incidents beyond our control. Our driver was required to wait until it was safe to proceed and then continued the journey directly to your delivery address. The only stops made were for legally required driver breaks — for rest, food, and toilet use.
While we understand your frustration with the delay, we hope you can appreciate the circumstances and our efforts to ensure your items were collected and delivered safely and as efficiently as possible.

I JUST NEED A CHARGER
If I could give no stars i really would - i have been trying to buy a charger and at first it was saying can't take any payments at this time ... OK I realise shit happens and i understand things happen ok but please contact but then i tried to pay .... then tried to pay again.... and again .... and again and each time saying please call me ... please 🙏 🙏 🙏 call please please 🙏 but nothing .... NOTHING. One of the times I even said "for the love of God please call"..... Nothing... I just need a charger for my old old bike that is soooo reliable and would of said this company was really the Best place to get a bike - as ive had mine for around 8 years it's second hand and the most reliable bike i have ever had and even not having the charger it's kept its charge but I know if I ride to work I won't get back 😢 I just need a charger 😢 😞 😕 😔 and if I did get back I could go yo work again 😢 I just need a charger but the site just won't let me pay .... this really is my last resort as I have no problem with my bike whatsoever it's the best but what can I say......
