Easy to book an appointment online - a doctor rang within the 2 hours to confirm all ok for scan. Day of scan no waiting - straight in and done. Next day I got the results and a call from the doctor explaining result and next step - absolutely first class service.

Would give no stars if it was possible. On 11/3/26 I booked and paid in advance for an online MRI scan with this company, on Order Reference NM54233, for sinuses, which was listed in the choices at £340. I then got a call from a clinician who told me I could not have an MRI and needed a CT scan instead, which would have cost approximately double. I cancelled the order and was told I would be issued a refund. To date this has not been received. If the scan I wanted was listed as a booking option why then was it refused? If you are paying for it, it should be your choice. I am deeply disappointed that a health care professional - as Scan.com claims to be - would behave in this manner.

The whole process went very smoothly and the scan.com clinician was very professional and helpful. There was a bit of a wait for my chosen site to confirm my appointment and it ended up being a bit later in the day than I selected initially but otherwise fine.
I would advise anyone to pay a bit extra to have the scan.com clinician telephone you when the scan results are available. They will explain the results and advise your next steps and this was invaluable to me.

Smooth from start to finish! Booked an mrcp . I was rang by Mr Bell and offered an appointment later that afternoon. The clinician rang me not long after. Had the scan at Preston Fatima Centre mobile mri. The lady was very friendly. Had the scan Tues afternoon, received an email Wed afternoon to say they had my report back which they were reviewing and received the report this morning (Thurs). Absolute fantastic turnaround. My report picked up a anonomaly which other scans haven't and now completely explains other results. Very reassuring. The only thing I would pick up on is you book an app date but don't get that date when your confirmation booking comes through which may not be good if you can't make that date. Luckily I ended up getting the same date after all as there was a spot free. Would recommend.

Quick appointment and results the same day

Everything was done well. Communication was prompt and as promised, appointment was fast, there was no waiting time at scanning facility, and results were delivered quickly in both "doctor-friendly" and "patient-friendly" formats.

Completed the form on the Sunday, same day phone call from a clinician to go over the request details for the scan, another phonecall to book the scan a day later, scan booked for the following Monday, results on the Thursday, a rapid, faultless service, everyone very polite, friendly & helpful. Anyone looking to book a scan, these come highly recommended 😁.

The whole process from start to finish was excellent. Initial assessment and booking process was quick and efficient. My scan was booked in on my preferred date and I had an answer to a longstanding concern within 48 hours. I would highly recommend their service.

Quick and easy service

Booked an appointment online at a location that cost more than other companies but was more convenient. Booked day off work to attend.. However received a call to say that appointment did not exist and the scanner was not at that location on the day i had booked. Ended up having to book a location an additional 30 miles away on a different day. So I had paid extra for convenience and it ended up costing me in more time and money and having to rearrange my work schedule at short notice. The administration is deeply flawed and inconvenienced me however the actual scan experience and receiving results was great.

A first class service from Scan.com.
I had not previously used their services and was somewhat taken aback by the speed of their response to my initial booking. The initial emails acknowledging payment and confirming the order were to be expected but the almost immediate follow-up phone call from clinician Simon Thurgood was not. He led me through the procedure, assuring me that he would be back in touch as soon as the radiologist's report was received following the MRI scan. This happened as promised. In the meantime the company offered me various solutions to the condition diagnosed by the scan. In the event I had already lined up a consultant and had a question about how to get scan images to his clinic. I called Scan.com and was walked through the process with all the necessary details to pass on to the consultant's clinic. Things could not have gone more smoothly and I have already started to recommend Scan.com to friends.
