Do not ever order off this site I thought it was English I was wrong they treated me bad as wanted to send dress back kept offering me money to keep it eventually sent back but offered me less money not full refund they treat you bad and would never order off them again if I could give them zero star I would I'm disgusted with them hope they go bust as then they can't scam anyone else what a complete rubbish company

I like that you can order swatches ahead of choosing the dress

If I could give zero rating I would.In common with other reviews the measurements were completely incorrect.The colour was not right, fabric poor quality.The dress cost £120 and I was offered £33 to keep it as the customer services said the cost of returning it would be considerable.Judging by other reviews the returns were costly so I opted to accept the £33.I doubt I will receive this however.I will ceremoniously burn this piece of expensive crap so that I never have to look at it again.Please do not use this company!

Avoid at all costs. Absolutely horrendous service! I ordered two customised dresses for a family wedding. Both arrived incorrectly sized, their “customer service” team insisted they were correct and sent me on images of the dresses with a measuring tape showing the sizes of each item, which were totally wrong and not the measurements provided 🤷🏼‍♀️ they have offered me various small refunds for the dresses (the most recent being €25 for each dress, they cost almost €300!)Absolute scam of a company

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. It takes weeks to arrive and sizing is awful. You have no way of returning it or getting your money back.

So far, was supposed to get a discount on their website using a code they give and did not work. Ordered on 3/5/26 and as of 29/5 ,still waiting. And yes, coming from China to my surprise. Garment price : £126

Never ever will I order again from this company, brought a dress in total £139 it did not fit measurements were not correct, they offered me 30% to keep it.
I asked for a refund & after paying to return & customs charges ended up in all costing me £92 to return it.
STAY CLEAR of this company if buying from the UK.

I bought a jump suit for a wedding when i recieved it it wasn't right for me it cost £127 .I asked for a refund as their website said you can get a full refund if the item was not suitable. They only offered me £30 after many emails. I would not recommend this company as what they say and what they do is so different. I will never order anything again from them and will tell everyone i know not to order from them, it's disgusting what they have done to me

Experiencing difficulty in getting a refund even though in time and refund policy suggests otherwise. Do not buy from them online.

Don’t even know where to start with my experience with this company.
My mum saw a dress for my wedding on this website which she absolutely loved, she asked me to order it for her, but only if she was able to return the dress if it didn’t fit (as it wasn’t cheap, it was a £150 dress l!). I had a look on their website for their returns policy and I stated returns within 14 days of receipt, so we stupidly went ahead and ordered.
Firstly, the dress was being shipped from China, which is not stated anywhere on their website, it has a registered office address based un london.
The dress arrived (almost a month and a half later) and it was far too small for my mum, she ordered her usual dress size but she was unable to zip it up at the back as it was ridiculously small.
I contacted customer services who advised that they cannot offer a refund because there was no fault with the item, I explained that it was too small for my
mum and of no use to her, but she did love the dress and she wanted to reorder a larger size. They replied with pictures of my mums dress on a mannequin prior to be being shipped therefore the dress sizing is correct and they accept no liability.
We argued over it back and forth, and they offered my mums £15 refund as a “goodwill gesture” and to keep the dress, to which I politely declined and demanded a refund as per my consumer rights and I mentioned the Consumer Rights Act. After a long, drawn out process going back and forth, missacc agreed to refund my mum £95 of the &£170 she paid, siting “customs fees”, “shipping fees” and a “restocking fee” so that was £75 deducted in fees alone.
At this point we decided to just agree and accept this refund, ok the basis that missacc email us a return label.
A return label was provided through Royal Mail, with the address on it as LONDON, not overseas so I don’t understand why we were deducted such an amount for international shipping and custom fees? However, we bit the bullet and returned the dress for the partial refund of £95.
Since my mum actually did like the dress, we reordered but judging by the measurements on the website, she reordered in a uk size 20, when my mum normally only wears a UK 12-14. But since she loved the dress so much, and through gritted teeth, I reordered the dress for her but on one condition, she paid via Klarna pay in 30 days this time.
The new dress arrived and it was absolutely hideous, it was FAR too big on my mum and the dress wore her instead. There was absolutely no way this could even be altered to fit her, as our seamstress for the wedding (the one I’m using for my wedding dress) advised it wouldn’t be possible because we’d basically be using the material to make a whole new dress completely. I honestly didn’t even have the energy to go through that palaba trying to return it again, so I looked out the previous return label that was sent for the first dress and my mum returned it to this address (she covered the costs herself). We enclosed a note within the parcel, detailing the order number etc on it and we raised a return via Klarna for this. I even had the decency to email the support, to which they replied saying under no circumstances should we return this dress without a prepaid return label, and they are refusing ton refund baes on this, even though my mum absorbed the return costs herself. We are still waiting on Klarna verifying the return being accepted or rejected. My mum has since found a stunning mother of the bride outfit from elsewhere. Avoid this company like the plague!!

MISSACC UK is fraud & a Fronted company that is NOT in the UK but in China. Returns to be made within 14 days - however can Only send email Asking if you can return an item. NO reply email received! Do NOT buy from this website which is pretty expensive !

I would give no stars if I could - Totally rubbish if you want to send an item back like I did.
They try to make you keep the item for a small fee which is totally unacceptable. Try to discourage you from sending anything back with excuses like it will get lost in customs, you’ll have to pay customs duty etc etc
I’d never ever use this company again and have battled since March to get a partial refund which is totally unfair. I have lost £40 on return postage and a further £30 for them to send it to me in the first place and now only have a refund of £75 when I’ve spent over £170. Avoid at all costs.

Returning size that doesn't fit could be easier and an email the same day or within 24hrs would be great to know how to return for piece of mind im not paying double for a dress as original size didn't fit. Besides that very good, no problems.

Terrible customer service , i have sent many email to return my dress and no one has ever reply to me.
Do not buy from them if you don't want to loose money. Very disappointed.

Easy to use site, refund process easily accessible. Will update when I receive my order.

Refund process is not as stated… basically I lost £130 due to no response to emails to arrange return and when I did get a reply the cost was almost half the amount of the dress…
The dress was see through and not like the pictures, frayed hems and cheep quality!
