Designs look great however Customer Service not good
Designs look great. I placed two orders. First arrived too late so requested I returned. No full refund. Have to pay for postage to return. Offered 30 discount and keep. Ive then tried to cancel 2nd order which had not been despatched and guess what , itsays now despatched so unable to cancel. My opinion is buy in uk and wouldn't have these issues. Customer Service is vital in any business but this company did not provide me with any.
