Easy to use website dresses look fabulous hopefully same when they arrive

Absolutely love my dresses ordered 2 for choice for my sons wedding as I couldn't make up my mind which one i liked best. Material is excellent, definitely would buy from again.

Si vous cherchez bien, vous trouverez plusieurs entreprise Missacc avec des notes bonnes ou moyennes. En verité ils sont médiocres !
Suite à un souci sur ma commande et après des mois de batailles, je finis par accepter de leur renvoyer à mes frais le colis complet. Sur leur site il est bien noté que lorsque le colis est renvoyé au complet, si les articles n'ont pas été utilisé, vous êtes remboursés.

Mensonge ! Ces escrocs retour sur leurs propres informations de retour et de remboursement pour ne me rendre, peut être, c'est même pas sûr ! Que les deux articles qui poussaient problemes à la base alors que j'ai tout renvoyé et que tous les articles n'ont pas servi ! On parle d'une commande à presque 300€ sans compter les frais de livraisons et de renvoie !

Totalement absurde ! Ils se cachent derriere une localisation en Chine pour contourner les lois de commerces européennes et ne pas vous renbourser !!

I DID A STANDARD SIZED DRESS, NOT CUSTOM, TRIED IT ON DAY OF DELIVERY. I WEAR A 10 BUT BOUGHT A 16 IT WAS STILL VERY TIGHT. I TRIED TO RETURN THE 270.00 DRESS AND THEY OFFERED ME 50.00 AND SAID I HAVE TO PAY TO SEND BACK TO CHINA!

The dress was as described, looked even better in reality, the material was good quality, the customer service excellent, the delivery was easy to follow, and it arrived in time. I will definitly order again and can only recommend them. Thank you to the team, you really safed my day.

Do not buy any thing from this Chinees Chop. The dress vas not in the rigth size and They want let me get the adress for return. They ask me to give it to a friend, resailet my self or get a Tailor, that will cost me more than the dress.
If any one hav return their dress, please let me know the address so I can send it back.

Do not buy from this website! Terrible Chinese company. Will do anything to prevent you returning goods. Based in china very unhelpful and difficult to contact or deal with.

I’ve not received my order yet but the customer service so far has been amazing. The help I received regarding delivery and colour choices was great. Fingers crossed it arrives a few days earlier than the latest date for delivery because I was cutting it fine to get it on time!

J’ai commandé en juin validé et payé mais pas de retour de confirmation de commandé. Pourtant j’ai reçu le maîl de bienvenue du site d’avoir le rejoindre suite a mon achat
Depuis silence pas de robe pas de suivi pas de commande retrouvée malgré mes réclamations a plusieurs reprises
Ma commande est tout simplement fantôme et disparue
Même la recherche avec le mail et référence de payement il dit qu’il ne a pas trouvé
Par contre ils ont bien l’argent 162 euros

Suggested problem has been resolved but has not.

Do not trust this company with returns. I sent back two items together in a single package using Royal Mail, keeping full photographic proof of the package contents and the official weight receipt. Missacc tried to deny receiving the full return, falsely claiming only one item was in the bag to avoid giving me a full refund of £175.90. When they sent a photograph from their warehouse to "prove" their claim, they blundered massively: the second (rose-coloured) item was clearly visible poking out from directly underneath the first item in their own photo!Even after I pointed out that their own visual evidence caught them red-handed, customer service (Daisy) resorted to endless stalling tactics, refusing to issue the refund within the statutory 14-day window.I have had to escalate this to American Express as a Section 75 legal dispute. Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere. They will try to keep your money if you don't catch them out.

Warning to UK Shoppers: Falsely claimed missing items to delay refundThis company engages in highly misleading practices. After receiving entirely unsuitable items, I exercised my statutory right to cancel. They immediately broke UK Consumer Law by:Offering a low partial refund (£38 instead of £175.90) to force me to keep unwanted goods. Threatening an illegal 10% "restocking fee", which is strictly prohibited under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Hiding international origins, using a UK after their name and London address while shipping from China, a misleading action under the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008. I stood my ground, they agreed to a full refund but then falsely claimed I had only returned one item to stall my money. How I won: I refused to be bullied. I immediately opened a Section 75 claim with my credit card provider and posted this review. Facing an active bank investigation, the company panicked, backed down from their false claims, and finally released my full £175.90. WThey are now asking me to delete this review. I will NOT delete it. Do not let them intimidate you—call out their legal breaches and go straight to your bank
