Absolutley stunning dress made to measure my daughter wore this for her prom

Easy website to use and simple instructions for made to measure order. The dress arrived promptly and fitted perfectly. Very happy with our purchase.

My daughter’s dress arrived in a few weeks and she liked it and looked beautiful. I would say though that I paid extra for secure/faster delivery and the parcel was just left on the doorstep without the
need for a signature which was annoying. Overall though the quality was good and the pictures came out lovely. One thing for the company to think about is more pictures of the dresses in different colours not just a front picture.

Delivery date defiantly does take a longer than what it states, my daughters dress arrived on the day of her prom so prefect timing after buying a back up dress!
The colour was a little off from what we had ordered but i guess that’s how it works when ordering online, but she lived her dress and it fitted so well! She even won best dressed at her prom!! :)

My prom is tomorrow and the dress was meant to arrive over 6 days ago. The dress status is still showing as shipping and it's still in China. I've written an email and the response was just a tracking number which I already had, nothing else. Very poor customer service.

I ordered a dress for my daughter's prom, but it should have arrived on the Friday before but the shipping details said it was still in shanghai, so I tried emailing but no response. The dress arrived to late so on Wednesday 18th I log on to their website to report a refund but the website wasn't working. It took 5 days to get a response but they are now refusing the refund even though it was within the time and it was'nt made to order it was standard size. Now they won't answer my email poor customer service. Their website said it would refund as long it was in the time scale. Dress was very poor quality. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.

This company was amazing. For prom I was looking for a perfect dress and couldn’t find it and as soon as I saw the dress u brought I knew it was the one. Everything about it was perfect. The price was very reasonable aswell and Is exactly what you pay for. Massive thank you!!

Not a UK company...... bought a prom dress for daughter then eventually when it arrived it didn't look as nice (colour was different etc) as on site so requested a return form as their website states. got a reply saying to email another email address and they will help me within 1 working day which I did and after 3 working days nothing... so emailed original email and they showed me a photocopy of some email saying I cant have a refund and that was the end of it. Currently going through PayPal for a refund... after all this I noticed that the website is new just like scammers use!! you have been warned.

update after nearly 8 months... on request via paypal to send dress back so did..... they wouldnt sign for it to acknowlege they recieved the dress back?? PAYPAL just said case closed so lost £112 plus £32 posting back. Get dress back just after christmas 2025 so spent £144 on a dress thats worth about £20 from shien. big let down from paypal aswell over this.....DO NOT BUY FROM CHINA IF YOU CAN HELP IT AND BUY FROM A SHOP!! THATS WHAT I HAVE LEARNED

I wish I never come across this site, I thought it was a UK based site as says UK in title, ordered my daughter a dress for Prom, it has arrived and too small and they won't refund as said custom made, it is not even the sizes they say it should be when measuring the bust it stated one size but when arrived was nearly 3inches smaller and they are refusing to refund my money as said custom made - well it might be but not to the correct measurements stated! Even with supplyng photo evidence they are still refusing to refund! In my personal opinion and experience I will never use them again and based on this advise others not to use them.

I am a Dad from the UK of a Beautiful most Precious Daughter that was in need a Beautiful prom dress ASAP as what like most daughters do in the UK LOL , They like to notify you at extremely last minute/short notice on what they need , So I was put under massive pressure at the last minute to pull off the miracle of the century in such a short space of time .. My daughter was showing me all of these dresses for £500 , £600 even £800 ! ..My Reply was "FOR 1 DAY , NO CHANCE "LOL .. I am never 1 to be shy with money when it comes to my children & they always get what they need in life no matter what but I was on a mission to beat them prices lol .. & Me being the SUPER DAD that I am got to work..

After only a few searches over the internet I found MILLYBRIDALUK & not only did the dresses look as Beautiful as the £800 dresses I was previously shown by my daughter but they were for sale for a fraction of the price (Perfect) ..I shown my daughter the dresses and she was impressed , she chose her dress but at the sweet age of 16 my Daughter now literally has the figure of a grown women so we had to have the dressed customized .. Once we measured up & input of measurements , we quickly made the order , The Dress was£139.00 & standard delivery was £15.00 but because we was in a rush I paid the extra £5.00 so £20.00 for delivery to arrive within 7 to 10 days .. So all together the full cost was £159.00 for a Beautiful Prom dress , custom made with fast delivery ..

Once fully ordered I then found out that dress was coming from china ! ..I could not believe it , I thought I might of messed up here , How Are MillyBridaluk or who ever they are - going to make & deliver this dress in time , then I read some of the Bad reviews & I thought what have I done here lol .. This might be the first time in my life I mess up my super Dad status lol ..

Anyway I left it a few days but I had no confirmation of the dress via email apart from my palpal receipt .. so now I was ultra worried ..

I messaged Milly bridal uk via the website contact info & I quickly received my reply from Ashley ..

I ordered my dress on the 3rd June & messaged milly bridal UK on the 5th June .. Via Reply Milly bridal confirmed the order & said it was being shipped on the 6th June & sent me the tracking number to track the dress , The tracking shown it was moving but on the 9th June shown it was still in shanghai ..Glad it was moving but still worried it wasn't going to arrive in time due to distance to the Uk .. BUT YESTERDAY ,BLOW ME AWAY ! WOW !

THE DRESS ARRIVED ON THE 12TH , 9 DAYS AFTER ORDER ( ONTIME ) , WE PULLED THE DRESS OUT OF ITS PACKAGING & THE DRESS WAS EXACTLY HOW IT LOOKED ON THE WEBSITE = BEAUTIFUL .. THE MATERIAL WAS & IS OF A HIGH QUALITY & THE CUSTOMIAZATION OF THE DRESS FITS HER PERFECTLY ! .. MY DAUGHTER WAS IN TEARS LOL .. WHAT A WEIGHT LIFTED OFF OUR SHOULDERS , ESPECIALLY MINE AS I HAD MY SUPER DAD STATUS TO UP HOLD ,WHICH I CAN CONFIRM NOW I DID LOL WITH A MASSIVE SMILE ON MY FACE ..

The dress came, with the wrong size and there’s stitching coming out everywhere. And I unfortunately can’t get a refund as they’re not answering, so all my money is in the trash now

If I could give zero stars I would. The dress is not the same as what was advertised. The material is cheap and itchy. I am really disappointed and upset that my daughter had her heart set on this dress for prom and now have to find another. Really not happy.
