WORSE SERVICE EVER ! I placed an order in December of 2024, we are now February and I never received my order. I have sent multiple emails requesting an update and never received a response. I tried calling their customer service number. The lady who answered was extremely rude. Offered no kind of assistance and said if I was not happy to shop elsewhere ! I have now opened a claim with my credit card company. STAY AWAY SCAM SCAM SCAM

They took my money for an order and because they had oversold the items I purchased, only the free item offered with my order came. Then they CHARGED me for the free item (80.00) that I only took because it was free. Total scam!!!!

I returned an item for store credit. In order to use my store credit towards a new purchase one must contact customer service to have the credit applied. I have tried many times to reach customer service. I have left voice mails, sent EM's and left an online chat requesting that someone contact me to finalize the use of my store credit. All to no avail. No one from customer service has gotten back to me. I guess I will lose my store credit ~ $122 from August 2024. Rest assured I will never purchase from tyhbotique again. This company does not deserve even a one star rating.

They offer free returns so I sent back an item that didn't fit. TYH received the item on January 7, 2025 (have copy of signed receipt) . Despite three emails and assurances the return would be processed by the end of this week (yesterday) I have yet to see a refund. Phone calls go unanswered. Interestingly, I returned an item to another store in Montreal (where TYH is located) and they posted the refund the day it was received.

I ordered a dress, received a confirmation email, and then tried to call or send other emails with no reply. the status on shop is showing preparing for shipment for one week. I am not sure if I will receive the dress. This is the worst customer service I have received ever and I am wondering if this boutique is a scam!

Beware of buying from this company ! They are based in Canada which prohibits free returns . It has cost me £40 to return a light weight jacket .
I hadn’t read the small print .

I placed a large order with two different sizes as I wasn’t sure about the fit. I returned the size that wasn’t a fit and forgot one jacket. They refused to allow one return on a very large order because the one jacket was outside the window. New with tags and of course never worn. Customer service wasn’t kind and not timely in responding. In this age of necessary online shopping, this was a disappointing experience for the size order. I will not return.

This does not deserve even one star. I ordered on 19.6.24 got email confirmation and was told a further email would inform me when the item shipped. I have not had this and I’ve not received my item. I have contacted the company by email on 5 or more occasions and have not received any reply. My card was billed on 19.6.24 and the money has been taken! Beware of this company. The order status still says placed but not shipped. They do not answer your emails and I’m still waiting for a reply as to where my order is .
