I’ve bought things for my mom, sister and wife on this website. The selection is amazing and the customer service is great! I’ve never had any issues with returns and exchanges on 10+ purchases.

BUYER BEWARE!! The only way that you are going to get a refund back to your original form of payment is if you paid full price for it. If any promo code is used, you're getting a gift card for your return within 14 days. They note it at the very bottom of their return policy, so make sure you read the entire refund and return policy. I thought that customer service was horrible and I will never purchase from this store again....problem solved!!

I. Ordered Joseph Ribkoff trousers. The trousers were 8 inches too long. They were not good quality they were cheap replica of this company . I contacted them they told me to send them back I have to pay 25 pounds from FEDX. I now know why they are not with PAYPAL as they would have sorted it out. As you see the reviews are very bad. Never order from this company and always use PAYPAL. If the company doesn’t use PayPal don’t order anything

Disgusting treatment

Be warned! This was for TYH Canada but it seems a similar issue arises with US version. Do not under ANY circumstances order from this company if you are outside of Canada! TYH DO NOT have a viable customer returns process!!
This 'mistake' cost us £139. We needed to return items back to Canada from the UK. Despite us following the returns instructions explained by TYH to the letter and which they admitted we had, we were penalised by Canada customs and had to pay an import charge, even though these were clothes returns! We filled in all the paperwork as required but were STILL penalised and TYH took the amount from the refund!
Apparently TYH can contact customes for a refund, we asked them to do this but they refused. Complete rip off!

My experience started off a bit rocky because I made an error and returned my purchase without a return label. TYH found my return and resent a smaller size of the same pants that I received today.

Wouldn’t even give that. I ordered a pair of Ribkoff trousers. I’m in uk. Trousers came 3 weeks late. When opened found a massive stain down one leg. Also trousers too big. Contacted them straight away. They asked me to send pictures which I did. That was 2 months ago. Sent numerous e mails asking for address to send bk. was fobbed off with they don’t take bk international orders but where trying to find a solution. Then after more e mails from me they sent one saying they’d sent email telling me how to send my trousers back. Never recieved e mail. Then I’ve been sending mail asking to sent it again. Weeks have gone by and nothing. Please please please do not buy from this total scam disreputable company. They should not be in business. Although funnily enough still get promotional e mails from them! A total disgrace !!

Do not buy anything from this company…I ordered a sweater and when it came it was too big. Contacted them with 3 days of receiving item, they told me they would save the right size for me. Returned the sweater and they never sent me the right size.. contacted them by email at least 10 times and all they did was was say it would be sent out very soon. Finally I contacted my cc for refund with a very lousy boutique.

UK customers do not use this company! They have issues with returns despite what they say on the website. I ordered a Frank Lyman jacket £261 and they sent the wrong one. A cheaper version of what I ordered (£225) The online chat doesn’t work and they are very difficult to get hold of by phone. Eventually answered my emails but said the Management were trying to resolve the issue. I asked for a free returns label as it’s their error sending me the wrong garment and I just want to return it and get my money back. I don’t hear from them unless I contact them again, however still no resolution just prevarication, I said I would pay to return the garment provided they refund the £30 postage, no reply to this. I think they are hoping I will just give up and accept the wrong jacket as it’s so much trouble trying to send it back. I really wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this company I feel there is some sort of scam going on with international orders - they are just taking the money and sending any garment! I am very disappointed I thought only reputable retailers sold high quality clothing like Frank Lyman!

Despite my concerns from the negative reviews, I decided to place an order last Wednesday and another on Thursday. Both orders arrived a week later, on Thursday, and I couldn't be more pleased with the quality and service.

If I could give them a minus star rating, I would! These people are scammers! They say delivery within 4 to 7 days but the order never showed up. They sent me a fake shipping notice from FedEx. The shipment never arrived so I reported them to my credit card company. They are a discredit to our country, shame on them!!!

Do not use this company!!!!! they don’t answer their phones- barely answer their emails and make you wait Months for your return hoping you’ll forget. I had to badger them multiple times to get my refund. And this happened twice I don’t know why I went back the second time. I should’ve read all the bad reviews. Someone really needs to Fix your customer service. What’s the point of having a customer service line if nobody answers.????
Furthermore returns should not take six weeks and multiple emails and phone calls as a reminder. I clearly believe If enough time passes, you are hoping that we forget about our refund that is owed to us. !

would not recommend this company. I ordered a Joseph Ribkoff top that had the seams sporadically puckered or rippled from too tight of a tension on the thread. After several emails back and forth and several pictures showing the top was defective I was told it was “inherent to the top”. You don’t have a hem or side seam randomly have puckering of the seams. They are congenital, but you will get no where If you have a problem with purchase. You buy it, it’s yours. Buy in person or don’t buy! Just wanted to add that I tried to leave a review on their website and it would not allow me to! Just an FYI!
