Cheap home chargers that have issues
Took a company car through Tusker and would not recommend.
The included Indra car charger never properly worked and when Indra refused to sort out the issues, Tusker were not interested saying it was not their responsibility.
Probably why Tusker now use another company

I/We love the fact that having a car through Tusker is such a smooth and hassle-free experience. They deal with everything professionally and efficiently, and nothing is ever too much trouble.
You are guided through every step of the process, and if you are unsure about anything, there is always someone available to help over the phone.
Servicing, tyres, and wipers are all included in the monthly cost, which is conveniently deducted directly from your wages.
What's also great is that you can have a brand-new car without the need for credit checks, making the scheme accessible and straightforward.

i am stating the facts to date , on my experience with Tusker, which i am sharing,
Fact:
1.My car hase broken down no less than five times in eight weeks.
2.I am still waiting after two months of constant chasing for out of pocket expenses for two new tyres and key fob battery, which is in my contract.
3.VW roadside assistance , have attended no less than four times .
4.Car has been to VW garage , no less than four times .
5. Informed car was ready for collection after a week of maintenance, only to find , even at the garage it would not start .
6.I have sent no less than 30 emails, hours of my personal time chasing .
7. I am paying for a EV car, and yet have a petrol car, replacement ?
8. I am still waiting on resolution to end this contract based on , unreliable vehicle.

Great experience overall
Ordered a car through Tusker via salary sacrifice and the ordering process was really easy - easy to see cars in stock and easy to "build" my own and see the costs involved at a glance.
Once ordered, the paperwork part was easy - online documents and e-signatures.
I dont know if I'm being slightly unfair here in that I think that the Tusker progress portal could be a bit more dynamic - or it could be that it's because I was so excited to get the car - but the portal didnt seem to update as much as I thought it would.
That said, when I did have to contact Tusker, the customer service was great and once the vehicle had passed its delivery checks the process was very fast - including the installation of the home charger too (albeit not handled directly by Tusker).
10/10 would order from Tusker again.
