Mixed experience
Honestly - if it wasn't an internal company service (i.e. a sal sac scheme), I would have given up. There were tech challenges that meant I needed to engage with people and when I did that there was a lack of accountability - I found myself sat waiting for call backs that never came, which meant it took almost a month end-to-end to get the car ordered. Somebody did swoop in and 'save the day' in the end, but only once I had escalated it. So, it was fine, but I'd encourage some changes. Ultimately getting a good car. Hoping the rest of the process is smooth.

I had an emergency issue with my…
I had an emergency issue with my vehicle that wasn't straight forward to resolve but within a week and after a brief exchange of emails with Tusker the whole incident was dealt with in a professional, courteous and efficient manner by one of there team .
I was fully reimbursed for expenses incurred out of my own pocket where it was recognised I should not have had to pay in the first instance.

Superb range of new cars.
Superb range of new cars, very simple site to use / select. The only negative I have is the price of 2nd hand cars on choice, for 3-4yr old car there seemed little to no difference to the new cars. Haven't received my new car yet, but up to the point of selection and the approval process, Tusker have been great.
