long time customer, they sent me the wrong shirt a week ago, I understand a mistake like this can happen of course.... I emailed them three times and received no reply....update: customer service finally reached out and fixed the problem...

First class quality and service

Ease of order, presentation of goods and their high quality together with free freight and the opportunity if needs be to return goods without question has made it so much easier to shop with this exquisitely and beautiful outfitter.

... off the cuff ......

... gosh, well what can I say, a small step into Turnbull & Asser, with a simply beautiful pair of pale blue mother of pearl and silver cufflinks, alas one was damaged, one simple phone call and that replacement pair infront of me almost before I got off the phone, a heavenly wee button held effortlessly in a silver halo ... a world class product all wrapped up in a world class service .... what more could you ask .... well maybe a dresser ... !!!
