Based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire we source and supply the worlds best tea. We have an extensive range of tea which has been sought to appeal to customers who are as enthusiastic about tea as we are. We have a range of over 80 loose leaf tea blends which range from an english breakfast black tea all the way to a caramel rooibos tea. Although our products are available to purchase online, we also attend monthly farmer's markets and local events around Yorkshire, such as the Harrogate Flower Show. We are focused on providing a first class service and dispatching an array of quality teas to our customers, either at retail or wholesale, on a daily basis. Aside from loose leaf tea, we stock biodegradable pyramid tea bags which are plastic free and packed with our own loose leaf tea blends! If customers aren't sure which teas to choose, we have a tea subscription which is perfect for yourself or as a gift for a friend or loved one.

Loose tea addiction

I’ve got a loose tea addiction so always trying out new companies, I love all things cranberry or fruity and had the winter solstice and a few berry teas, all lovely! Mix with my hemp tea for a relax eve - also added bonus a free sample - thankyou

Excellent customer service

I had problems with paying with my card so inadvertently ordered twice as I clicked the payment button twice in a few seconds . I had a phone call from customer services checking if I meant to do this . The lady I spoke to said she would refund the money for the unwanted order which she did . The lovely tea caddies I had ordered arrived well wrapped and very promptly .

Great value and good quality loose leaf…

Great value and good quality loose leaf tea. I've placed a couple of orders and have been very happy with the service. Customer service is excellent, answering a small query I had with brewing one of the teas and it was easy to return an item I ordered by mistake. Will definitely buy again.

All that True Tea did was to make it…

All that True Tea did was to make it easy to order, offer reasonable prices, despatch in a timely fashion, provide good communications and use a reliable delivery service. Oh yes, and the tea’s pretty good as well. Such service doesn’t sound exceptional - but sadly it is! Well done True Tea. Keep it up.

I have used True Tea company for sometime and pleased that the tea I purchased is still available and the quality remains good. The online store is straightforward to use and delivery very prompt. Excellent value.
