Based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire we source and supply the worlds best tea. We have an extensive range of tea which has been sought to appeal to customers who are as enthusiastic about tea as we are. We have a range of over 80 loose leaf tea blends which range from an english breakfast black tea all the way to a caramel rooibos tea. Although our products are available to purchase online, we also attend monthly farmer's markets and local events around Yorkshire, such as the Harrogate Flower Show. We are focused on providing a first class service and dispatching an array of quality teas to our customers, either at retail or wholesale, on a daily basis. Aside from loose leaf tea, we stock biodegradable pyramid tea bags which are plastic free and packed with our own loose leaf tea blends! If customers aren't sure which teas to choose, we have a tea subscription which is perfect for yourself or as a gift for a friend or loved one.

Great first experience with True Teas

I used to order teas from another company, but the delivery was very slow and communication was zero! So this lead me to trying True Teas.
I was amazed that my tea arrived in 3 days! I have only tried the orange cookies tea so far. It is really good, very Christmassy! Looking forward to trying the rest of my teas. Will definitely be ordering again.

Only good experiences to date.

Having used them for a few years, I love their selection of loose teas, and having tried other companies, none seem to match the range.
The deliveries are punctual, and packaged well.

The TrGreat fresh tea.

The True Tea products are fresh and full of flavour. My husband and I have used True Tea for many years and the quality is constantly great. The "go to" tea company.

serious and helpful tea merchants

Usual high quality tea and easy purchasing system. My own taste is for variety teas WITHOUT added flavours, and they have plenty. Regular customer . . . I can phone for knowledgeable advice.

The best green tea + black tea blend out there

I found this company after Twinings and Tetley stopped selling their respective ‘blend of both’ teas (green tea and black tea.)
The Emperor’s 7 Treasures blend is a stunning solution to my problem. Green tea + black tea + sunflower blossoms + rose + peach = a very happy customer. I bought 200 grams but I’m already working out how I can fit more in my tea cupboard.
