Great service from Truckman from order to fitting, team were very helpful and efficient. Very pleased so far with the new canopy

They charged extra to fit it and the actual time was the same as it they quoted ! also it was damaged when i came to collect,
they took pictures and said they would call the next morning with a solution still nothing ....

Bob was amazing. We had online chat and email exchanges. He was so helpful and did everything he could to assist me.
He even offered to step in and complete my order when one of his colleagues was not responding to emails.

Excellent service throughout. My cargo carriers were a factory order so they took a couple of months to arrive from mainland Europe, but Truckman kept me updated and the bars arrived at ny house exactly on the day that Truckman said they would.

Ordered a ford ranger hard top, in stock and next delivery great 👍🏻, how wrong this could be, they contacted us saying it was a 6 month lead time. So we upgraded to a different model due in 6 weeks, not so great but better we thought!! How wrong were we, 10 weeks later after numerous contacts were told was due in to them last Friday so would be with us this Wednesday at the latest!! No sign! Rang them yesterday (Thursday) be with you Friday ( today ) oops sorry we mean Monday…maybe…. We will see. Very poor not sure how they have so many good reviews!! I’m disappointed and I haven’t even received it yet.

Purchased some expensive kit including a truckman cover and rollbar. Couldn't have wished for better service. Professional and knowledgeable, Rob couldn't be more helpful. Totally satisfied and am now looking for other goodies for the pickup.

As per the title of my review, I ordered and paid for an Amarok bonnet guard on 23rd May. It later became apparent (after me contacting Truckman) that it wasn’t actually in stock at the time of order. Then told coming into stock on 29th June (day after I emailed again). But if not, would be the following week. Another week later I’m still waiting - for an update or delivery, I don’t mind which. Poor poor customer service, a simple apology would have helped!! If I could purchase elsewhere I would have cancelled for refund weeks ago.

Ordered a new rear door handle and lock for hilux truckman top for work. Called on the Thursday before a bank holiday weekend and was delivered before 9am on the Friday after being advised it might not turn up until the Tuesday after bank holiday.
Dealt with Robert McDowell the whole time and couldnt have been easier to deal with. excellent customer service and nothing was too much. Thank You and we will return

I purchased a Mountain Top Evo E electric roll top and had it fitted by truckman July last year. My Ford ranger was only 2 months old and it came back with scratches and covered in glue. I let that go. After 2 months, the electric rolltop failed and i was told it was a known issue and they were being recalled. They offered me a replacement. I live two hours away, so that's another day lost revenue and another £50 diesel. Long story short, I got my replacement last Tuesday, 8 MONTHS LATER!!! apparently due to supply issues. No apology, no offer of compensation, just a bad attitude by the staff. AND! the new one doesn't have the LEDs in the bed, which was why I got this model in the first place. They don't give a monkeys and think this is acceptable way to run a business. Give them a wide berth!

I spoke to a number of members of staff before placing my order over the website, they were all helpful with the many questions I had. My Toyota cover looks the part and am very pleased would recommend.

Ordered a hard top for a Ford Ranger. (I’m sure it’ll be fine when it eventually arrives and I’ll be able to review it properly). Was under the impression it would take two or three weeks.

Chased the order up and was told it takes about three months (ordered in March), as they’re manufactured in the far East (China ?), rather than in UK.

Would appreciate a more realistic delivery date and informed as such on the website.

Third time I’ve bought from Truckman and I’ve been pleased every time.

Ordered a hardtop canopy for my Hilux and arranged a fitting at their workshop a few days later. Waited in reception area while they did the work and there’s a Starbucks a 10-15 minute walk away.

The colour matches my truck perfectly, it looks smart and the canopy works seamlessly with the central locking on the Hilux.

I did shop around at other companies and found Truckman to be competitively priced.
