Took my 26 plate brand new hilux in for a new roller shutter only to find out that when it rained it filled the bed up and damaged my tools badly .avoid at all costs . Sold truck in the end .

Very helpful regarding what my car needed for towing . Mazda 6 got helper springs on back order but came faster than expected very happy with service.
As for the product very impressed actually worked stop the car sagging with the caravan on.

I ordered a set of Mad Cross Country lift springs for my 2015 Fiat Panda Cross as part of a suspension rebuild. They turned up very quickly and were exactly what I required. The suspension has now been fitted and is currently being bedded in before I do a full suspension geometry setup on the car. The plan for my new suspension was simple, a slight lift with standard shock absorbers and struts at the expense of a slightly less compliant ride as the standard suspension sags somewhat when the car is loaded for holidays etc. I am happy to report that the springs work exactly as required with both lift and load bearing and I am more than happy with the outcome. While rough surfaces are certainly more noticeable, it is not so intrusive as to become harsh. On normal road surfaces (the few bits I have actually come across) the ride is absolutely fine and body roll is significantly reduced. On rougher surfaces it is advisable to simply drive slower and the suspension works absolute fine and provides additional ground clearance to cross more problematic areas. The only other change I needed to make was to replace the standard drop links on the front suspension for adjustable ones. My experience of Up Country 4x4 has been positive with good communication, fast delivery and a quality product. Thank you.

I purchased a Smartcap for my truck along with electronic central locking latches and other accessories. Shaun was very helpful with quotes and the delivery arrived on time with good communication from UPC. I was unable to find someone to fit the central locking latches wiring, so Michael sent me detailed instructions and photos on how to do it and where to make connections into the truck wiring. He was also available on Facebook Messenger over the weekends I was installing it to provide further help. As my Ranger was a new PHEV, one of the Smartcap fixings did not fit. Shaun at has been liaising with Smartcap to fabricate a new fixing for me. All the staff at UPC4x4 have been really helpful throughout and I am happy to recommend them.

I rang in and ordered bed liner fasteners with integral tie down loops. Received very quickly, a very good product and reasonably priced 👍

I Purchased a set of door handle covers ( Black ) for my Ford Ranger, they arrived and i fitted, they did not cover all the original chrome handles, a fair bit of chrome still showing. A very bad fit. I had ordered the correct parts and this was confirmed by the company. After sending an email to them early AM and after not receiving reply of acknowledgement or response i called them. I was advised that if I'm not happy then send them back for a full refund. Fair enough i thought, but i have to pay for return postage. I do not think this is fair or a good policy for return of goods proven not to be fit for purpose, Photographs was supplied to them. It's sad they have chosen this route as I would have purchased further items from them in the near future. Their loss sadly.
