Smiths Carpets and Flooring Recenzje

Carpet fitter arrived very early, (earlier than anticipated!) but he was apologetic, polite and willing to wait until we were ready. He was very efficient, tidy and the quality of his work was excellent.

Excellent service from start to finish from visiting the showroom to having the flooring fitted can’t speak highly enough of everyone far better than visiting the bigger firms.

Excellent service throughout. Shop experience, ordering, payment, carpet fitter, finished job. All great. Recommend this business.

Had our carpets fitted yesterday 3rd September 2021.
From arriving to view carpets at the showroom to fitting has been an excellent experience. We found the staff in the showroom very helpful, with good advice on which products to use for the area to be carpeted. We were given a date for the laying of the carpets, and this date never changed. Steve came to fit, he was such a nice pleasant man. He took up all the old carpets. His fit is excellent, everything was cleared up afterwards and the new carpets hoovered. Ian phoned from the showroom today to check we are happy with everything, nice to get a follow up. Overall an excellent service by professionals. Thank you. Will certainly recommend.

We are very pleased with the supply and excellent fitting of our new kitchen flooring. Good advice given and free measuring service. Really pleased.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Did an amazing job with a very difficult job. Stairway runner with stair rods with whipped edging. Expertly fitted by a great guy too! Have already recommended! Thank you!

Really pleased with the quality of the carpet and quick step laminate!
The fitters were excellent! Thank you to Nick and Paul who both did an incredible job!

Carpets fitted to 5 rooms. Communication was very good about timings for fitting and some changes made by us. The advice for choosing the carpet was excellent and the fitting was done efficiently and professionally. Very happy with the result. Would definitely recommend Trevor Smith Carpets.

We had bought laminate and carpet from Trevor Smiths and the service we received before purchasing and after were both of a very high standard. Would nave no qualms in recommending the company to anyone.

Trevor Smith Carpets have laid flooring in two places in our home and we wouldn't hesitate in using them again. Service from start to finish has been excellent as has the finished result. Highly recommend

And 2 fantastic carpet fitters who were efficient and cleared up to a very high standard.
Thank you all for making the process smooth from start to finish.

Efficient and very good job. Pleased with my new kitchen flooring

Excellent service from beginning to end. From Ian who brought the samples to the measuring, quotation and professional carpet fitters. I would highly recommend Trevor Smith Carpets.

Very poor customer service cancelled at 10am on the day my carpet should have been fitted.

We have used Trevor Smith Carpets several times for laminate and carpets and have found their service professional, helpful and friendly. From initial contact through measuring to fitting and after sales they have been excellent. We’d recommend them without reservation.

Ordered two carpets, because of popularuty we had a delay to fitting date. However they were able to fit quicker thn expected which was great. Great help fron the store staff and really useful ideas from the person who measured the rooms. Fitters were veryf riendly and did a great job. Need another carpet in autumn and will definitley use trevor Smith. Thank you great service

I had my lounge, bedrooms & hall carpeted and had the kitchen & bathroom laminated, I couldn't be happier with the service I was given, thank you Trevor Smiths Carpets.

From start to finish my experience buying from Trevor Smith Carpets has been first class.
Great choice in the showroom, interested staff who allowed me to take sample books home to compare against my decor.
The fitters came on the day they said they would and to be fair to the both lads they were top class. They were friendly, the quality of their work was exceptional, they cleaned up after themselves and even put some appliances back in the kitchen for me.
Top lads, top company...and the flooring was top quality too!

Great customer service, great product and excellent workmanship, delighted with our new floor, will definitely recommend.
