Smiths Carpets and Flooring Recenzje

Fantastic from beginning to end. Despite lockdown restrictions etc, Trevor Smith Carpets stayed attentive and informative. Adam came to install everything and was kind, courteous and professional.

All round great experience. We'll be having more carpets fitted soon!

This is the second time we have used Trevor Smith carpets and we were not disappointed! the fitter arrived ahead of the scheduled time which was not a problem and got it stuck into the job with gusto and enthusiasm.
We were very very pleased with the outcome and would not hesitate to recommend Trevor Smith Carpets to anybody looking for great product and first-class service!

Couldn’t recommend the team, quality of product or service highly enough. Ali was super helpful with a rather vague request initially as wanted something quickly, without seeing, fitted quickly all with the challenge of covid on top. Every person I dealt with representing TS from first call to Adam and Chris the fitters were a pleasure. Easy to deal with, excellent quality, timely service and reasonable prices. Will definitely have a repeat customer here. Thankyou

Excellent service from start to finish. Absolutely love our new stair carpet. Would highly recommend Trevor Smith carpets and flooring 100%

Fantastic service through what is currently a very difficult time! Our quote for a better carpet was a significant amount cheaper than one of the big carpet retailers, and much quicker!

Was originally told it would take around 4 weeks to go through the whole process of choosing carpets, ordering and then fitting, however from the day we took the samples home to the day the carpet was fitted was around 10 days!

Fitters were great and all round really pleased with the new carpet on the stairs and landing!

With a tight timescale - measurements were taken, carpets provided, all fitted and really well, with old taken away and all in the space of a few days, excellent service by everyone thank you.

Excellent service - a very professional fitter and a very reasonable price.

We had our bungalow recarpeted all the way through with excellent service from beginning to end. We cannot praise the fitters enough. We had some heavy oak furniture to move and they did it all and after carpets were in placed furniture back in place. Excellent service. Carpets looking great. Highly recommend Trevor Smith Carpets.

We have used Trevor Smiths carpets three times. We were very pleased with the service we received from start to finish.
Competitive prices, friendly fitters who do an excellent job in both carpet and vinyl fitting.
Would highly recommend and would not hesitate in using again.

Couldn’t fault the service or product- I love my new carpets and the customer service from start to finish was impeccable- my carpets were delayed on a couple of occasions due to the ongoing pandemic but I was kept up to date at all times and the team were very accommodating and professional.

Excellent! From really helpful staff in the showroom giving advice and keeping me updated to the fitter, who was first class. Highly recommend these guys

From browsing to laying our chosen carpet, we were delighted with Trevor Smith flooring. We found the showroom helpful and unobtrusive and we felt extremely well looked after. I strongly recommend them.

Fantastic service. No1 in WESTON-SUPER-MARE. From the start to the finish all BRILLIANT.

Great service all around, from sales to fitting.

Very happy with the whole experience excellent and efficient service and attention to detail would recommend to friends and family many thanks

We have nothing but praise for the Trevor Smith team. For the Sales Staffs, to their fitters. We would recommend them to all our contacts if they wished to be treated by a professional, caring and well organised team.

Excellent service all the way through the process. Kept informed regularly of installation dates and Johnny was an excellent fitter.

Thanks to Trev and the team.

The whole process from sales (Ian) through to measuring (Trevor) to fitting (John) was very efficient and hassle free. A very professional team with valuable experience able to advise from start to finish. We had carpet and laminate fitted over 2 days and the job quality plus experience means will be choosing Trevor Smith and his team to do the Kitchen in the near future. Thank you for all the help and especially to John to his great work quality, attention to detail and very cheerful ‘can do’ attitude. We are happy to recommend Trevor Smith.

Fantastic experience! Great service, prompt quotation and supplies of samples. Carpet fitting was done to a very high standard in a difficult 4 storey staircase, hallway looked fantastic after the carpet was finished. Good value.
