Excellent service from start to finish . Fitter was hugely helpful and did an excellent professional job . No hesitation in using Trevor Smith’s carpets again

Fitters did a great job on a very old house with no straight edges or level floors.

We have used Trevor Smith Carpets for a number of years for hall, stairs/bedrooms/bathrooms etc.
His product range is extensive and have always proved to be very good value. All the staff are pleasant and efficient.
We would go to anyone else for our floorcovering.

Have used them numerous times for rental properties and Ian has always been really accommodating and efficient. I turned up in the showroom on Thursday with a huge ask of them and all the staff were brilliant and so helpful. By Friday afternoon my huge ask had been fulfilled. Fabulous quality carpet and excellent customer service. Cannot recommend these guys and gals highly enough. Thank you so very much.

Very grateful to a friend who advised us of Trevor Smith’s carpets. We found all involved to be very helpful, honest and not ‘pushy’. Very pleased with the quality, the person who measured, and not forgetting the fitters.

From visit to showroom to fitting a great service

Sales staff not pushy. Paying was easy online. Fitting staff Adam & Chris dud a great job and left the place tidy

Would recommend them to everyone

5⭐️ Service.

Pleasant experience. I would buy from them again. Fitter was good and worked around the two large sofas moving them as and when needed. The laminate flooring looks lovely.

Turned up on time, got straight on with the job, did an excellent job and left everywhere clean and tidy. Really nice guys what more can you ask for.

I used Trevor smith for some new vinyl flooring. Everyone was really helpful and reasonable price. The floor fitter did a really good job and I would definitely recommend them. I will use them again.

Great service. I had a nightmare with my purchase of my new home and Trevor Smith carpets were so accommodating. They never made me feel like I was a pain when I had to reschedule due to delays.
The carpets are beautiful and have been fitted perfectly. Will recommend anywhere

Excellent service from visiting the showroom to the delivery and fitting of our new carpet.

Good customer service and good prices. Will definitely use them again.

This is the second time we have used Trevor Smith carpets . Earlier we ordered and had fitted laminate flooring and decided to re-carpet stairs and landing.
We received excellent advice when visiting showroom , no pressure sales patter , measuring up completed on a timely basis then Stephen the fitter completed the task for which we were very impressed . I would have no hesitation in recommending the business , a very satisfied customer . Well done 👍🏻
